This is the worst service. Each person takes 30 minutes to arrive, they spend their time sleeping, and it took them 20 minutes to deliver my order. I had to leave. Yes, it was racism because I'm Latina and they refused to serve me.

The last 3 times I went through the drive I orders the two cheeseburger value and the fish fillet combo meal twice. Every time the buns were hard and the fries were lukewarm at best. I had to go back the next day because I was on my way to work but they did give me my money back. I give this place a two out of five at best.

So I just got a Big Mac meal and a chicken wrap, my Big Mac was bun was hard and I don’t know if they toasted there tortilla but it just didn’t taste good. And normally the food be great but I had a bad experience. Is there I can get another one. Tried to call but no one didn’t pick up.

You are now basically forced to use and touch the screen that everyone touches to pkace your own order. Adding risk to picking up bacteria and viruses, especially when all restaurants have removed the PPE stations for dispensing hand sanitizer

My sausage biscuit w/ egg was really good. I love the plain iced coffee, but I drive a shuttle and we don't have our personal phones in the van with us so I couldn't call right away, I was just there an hour or so ago and you guys forgot my hash brown, I didn't notice until after my pick up. I was asked if I needed a receipt. I said no I don't need it and I do because now I have no proof except for my empty McDonald's bag and my iced coffee. I can't come back until later so I'm just posting it here so you know.
Love this McDonalds. The person working the window as well as the test of the staff is always so kind and friendly.

It's been a long time since I had breakfast at McDonald's, but I would never go back. They brought me a macmuffin with burnt bread, they changed it and gave me another one, also with burnt bread. They serve the coffee with a little milk and sugar, which they charge extra for. I went to ask for sugar and they literally told me how many packets of sugar I needed and they didn't give me any more. I would never have breakfast at McDonald's again.
Additionally, customer service is terrible.
