This is the worst McDonald’s! Food is always cold. I made the mistake of just going there and paid $4 for a half filled large fries. How can you work here and hand people this food? Do your job!

Can I give 0 stars? The store was filthy and the staff was completely rude to us. My family and I came to this location for a late night meal. We are from out of state and have never received such horrible service from any MCDonalds establishment. This is our 1st and last visit to this location and will never visit this location again as we do frequent this city frequently. Absolutely horrible service.

Online it says open 24 hours. I walked in and they refused my service and said I can't order anything unless it's door dash or drive through. 2/5/25 4:35 am. They ignored my order at the drive through and I had to get in a strangers car to actually order food. Lazy employees. Why are the doors open to the public if they're doing to refuse service.

This is a great McDonald's in a very busy location. I went through the drive-through and had a wonderful experience with the young lady, I believe named Arletha, she was a sweetheart! I ended up eating inside and was able to thank her again and I ordered a Big Mac too, I only eat them periodically and this one was delicious! The neighborhood is prone for vagrants in and out. However that does not change how great the food and the staff were, especially miss Arletha :)

The service is garbage. Plain and simple. We arrived at the drive thru to order our food at 3am, the guy who was attending Jan 1st 2025 at that time told us “hang on a second” before ordering. He made us wait 20 minutes, we called out through the ordering machine asking what the holdup was, the guy returned and said “Yeah, we’re closed now”. He made us wait 20 minutes with other cars in the line behind us just to tell us they weren’t taking orders anymore. We complained saying why’d he make us wait that long for no reason and his answer was “I was busy, man.” Not sure if all the employees are like this, but this one employee sucked. Bad experience and wouldn’t recommend.
If I had an option to give a 0 star, I would. The customer service, the manager, and the service is not friendly. The food is disgusting is usually burned, or over cooked. I can’t believe this McDonald is still open ?!. The staff does not care at all. It’s an easy breakfast before going to work. However, when you see the person that is taking your credit card eating chewing gum, and talking to you like you are a process, and express next… I’m done with McDonald’s and specifically this place.

Waited 20 mins for coffee. They forgot our order. Our lattes tasted like water with a little foam on top. Whole place, including bathrooms FILTHY. Want a refund, but don’t feel like it would be worth our effort.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald every Monday lately when I get off of work around 6 and the girl in the second window makes my day. She always polite making sure I have everything I need and wishing me a good day. To a lot of people that may not be much but she makes my experience a pleasant one we need more people like her in the fast food business.I have to get her name next time because she just wonderful.
