On November 27th at 6:27 I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes and the lady literally asked me do i want a drink and I loudly said orange juice. I got to the window and the hatian lady gave me my food and closed the window, so I waved her down then the other lady came and I asked where's my drink and she said she didn't charge me for a drink when I literally said orange juice. Once I drove off I looked in my bag and I noticed one of my whipped butter was opened so I honestly think they just played over my food at this point

MY husband just left there and brought me a Big Mac and small fries the burger meat was hard as a rock sauce was everywhere in the container and cheese was old like the sandwich was sitting there for a while kept trying to call them no one answered after the 20th phone call the order number was #280 I've worked for the owner years ago at the one on Fed hwy and he and his wife are good people didn't really want to write this but no one would answer the phone to resolve this thank you

First you walk in and nobody gives you any attention. This fast food chain was not busy at the time that I walked in. Mind you I’m with my son and we’re looking for Pokémon happy meal collaboration. We went to one McDonald’s made a purchase of four happy meals, but didn’t have what we was looking for so they told us we can go to another one and exchange the toys. With with that in mind, I unfortunately came into this location. They were rude, undermining and laughing at our situation. Me and my son humbly walked in asking for assistance, and we left feeling worse and miserable. It’s sad to see that the managers somebody you’d hope would help made you feel like dirt. I hope McDonald’s does something about this.

There for breakfast often this is by far the worst McDonald’s. Not sure who was working the windows today but they should be fired.
Good food, good service, great location, great people. A little more expensive than nearby McDonald's, which is a travesty, considering that it's near a very poor neighborhood. You have to use the app here to save $$$... if you can have that luxury. 😒😔 5 stars for the great employees, great food, and great atmosphere! ✊️ 1 star for the management acting like they're evil. 👎
