Took 33 minutes to process our take out order from payment to receiving. Some folks it took longer. This was on a Sunday at 1130am. Then after all that time the food was wrong. The bright spot was the black woman working the register she was the only competent person in the place. They need to promote her to manager and get her off the register

Everyone here is miserable. They don’t want to work and will look you in your eye and walk away just not to serve you. Lazy. All lazy and slow. And don’t even think you’ll ever get the extra dipping squire you’ve paid for. Staff here are a joke.

I had to leave the drive thru line mid order because the line was really long and if I didn’t leave I would’ve been fired for not clocking back in at the appropriate time after my scheduled lunch.

I came in and the manager Michelle immediately had my order made again. I really appreciate the customer service I received here when they didn’t have to go that far.
