Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service

My brother had a very upsetting experience during his recent visit to this restaurant. From the moment he walked in, the waitress made him feel uncomfortable by giving him a judgmental look from head to toe. Instead of providing a welcoming atmosphere, she was rude and immediately asked to hold his credit card “to make sure there was money on it.” No restaurant should ever require a customer to surrender their card as a condition for being served — that’s completely inappropriate.

To make matters worse, after a phone call was made, the manager approached him in a disrespectful and aggressive manner. Rather than listening to his concerns, she continuously interrupted him and wouldn’t allow him to explain what had happened. That is not how any customer should be treated.

If the restaurant has a policy about payment or holding cards, that should be communicated clearly before seating anyone. Better yet, if you don’t trust your customers, you might want to consider a “pay first” system. No one deserves to be judged based on appearance, attire, or skin color. At the end of the day, all money is green, and everyone deserves respectful and fair treatment.

Customer service here is severely lacking, and the manager in particular could benefit from basic training in how to listen and engage with guests respectfully. Based on this experience, I would absolutely not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

i’m so disappointed by my experience. i was judged and stared at up and down by a server today. she was rude and mean and had an attitude towards me mind you im visiting from out of state by my self! she then holds my credit card and keeps it for some reason even tho that’s not on their website or menu and i didn’t see her hold other customers card. i just felt racially profiled and it’s sad i just wanted to try new restaurants.

You had only 1 female server who was very rude to our CEO on 10/9/25. The waitress was RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. The full video is available on TikTok @iAmMsAsiaBabii THE MANAGER WHO CAME TO ADDRESS THIS WAS ALSO VERY COMBATIVE RUDE AND HAS VERY POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. The manager has no customer service skills and is very nasty. Do not eat here. If you dine alone and you are black you will have your credit or debit card held while you eat. This place makes you feel like a criminal. Do not give your business to this racist establishment. The manager even told other BLACK customers about our CEO’s feedback & experience. How unprofessional DO NOT EAT HERE

Server looked ne up and down and I asked her to please look me in my face. I proceed to order and the first two things she said they didn't have them. I asked her to recommend something and she asked for my card to hold my card. I feel it's a racially profiled case. Manager also rude.

The burger was delicious and cooked perfectly. Their french fries are delicious. Potato skins were also very good. Service was excellent

We came here for a small lunch. We were sitting outside and all started off well. We ordered chicken wings and french fries. Wings were good and french fries were a bit soggy however after telling the waitress they redid them and they came out perfectly.
Overall a good experience except one thing I really hate. They included the tip in the bill. And I did not appreciate they included 20% for a just OK service. It did not say on the menu or anywhere else that they will include the tip. So to me this is like cheating. I did not push back on it but because of this I will not recommend them and never go back.
