me and my husband ordered on doordash. we are from the midwest and never heard of miami grill after eating and enjoying all the food I didn’t realize this is a fast food joint. very good quality for fast food did NOT disappoint we got chicken sandwich, cheesesteak sandwich, cheese sticks and choc chip cookies shared everything so good

We love the food, except that there is a girl who serves reluctantly! He doesn't help customers and laughs when people don't speak both languages. I think people like that shouldn't work serving people.

Food is burnt completely, customer service was not welcoming and on top of it all I always wanted to try them because I’ve visited here before , 21.00 plus tax and I can’t eat any of it . Very disappointed

Love their fries most with the Buffalo sauce. The daily deals are usually pretty good so I normally go with that if I'm in the area.
I love Miami Grill. The people who work at this location are particularly friendly. Well, I've never had a bad experience at any Miami Grill, so that's not surprising. But I do enjoy this location as it's convenient to the interstate and has this cool mural on the wall outside. When I say cool it means I don't really understand what the mural actually is of, but I like it!

I used to be a regular customer until today ( 12/12/24) I drove up to the non functioning sign for the millionth time and called out to speaker hello a dozen times, honked my horn various times and still no response..So I get in line behind 5 cars and wait 14 minutes to get to window, but I see a car at the sign and the person is ordering food!!! So nobody is regularly assigned to take orders? pathetic! I finally get to window and the rude girl tells me that since I didnt properly get close enough to the sign and risk damaging my wheels and fender, that " I need to go around again and wait in line!! THIS IS A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR NORMAL COURTESY, AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE!! I CALLED FROM MY PHONE AND NOBODY ANSWERED- AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED- YOUR BUSINESS IS OUT OF ORDER . I HOPE ANYONE WHO READS THIS STAYS FAR AWAY FROM YOUR BUSINESS!! PATHETIC IN EVERY WAY! SIGNED DISGUSTED EX-CUSTOMER FROM THIS POINT ON. NEGATIVE SCORE- 0% STAY AWAY-

Mozzarella sticks barely warm, hence making them overpriced. It will be awhile before I come back again.
Staff friendly, but rushing cooking food and then serving it undercooked.
