This was my first time at Morton's (I know, it has been around forever) and it was fair, at best. The service was outstanding and the ambiance of a fine dining establishment was spot on. Unfortunately, the food was not up to par for a high end steakhouse. We had a chopped salad that was so drowning in dressing it was almost inedible. We then ordered a tomahawk steak for 2, sauteed spinach and a loaded baked potato. The steak was over cooked and not seasoned at all, the spinach looked and tasted like it was made earlier in the day and reheated and the baked potato was soggy and tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer being steamed rather than fresh baked out of the oven. Really disappointing as we wanted to love it.
Waitier recommend the filet be butterflied to ensure correct temperature. 1st time came out under cooked, 2nd time 1/2 was cooked correct- the other 1/2 over cooked. Brussels were disappointing as they were flavorless. Manager covered cost of my steak- but I didn't eat much of my meal. My experience did Not meet Morton standards.
Morton's is always our go-to for steak. Consistently good food, service and ambiance. A bit pricey but nice for special occasions.
Our waiter, Albert, was the best! He was very accommodating and made our anniversary date an even better success.
Wonderful experience for our anniversary celebration. The hostess greeted us warmly and seated us promptly. The food was so good and our steaks cooked to perfection. Our server was so amazing. He was so professional. He knew the menu well and was so attentive, pleasant and courteous. Elegant atmosphere for a special occasion.
This Morton's is the best. The manager Alfonso is amazing and our server AJ is also so professional, courtesy, and attentive. The food was delicious and we had another great experience celebrating my son's birthday.
Fantastic! The food, service, and ambiance were top-notch—the usual Morton's experience...one of my favorites for business meals. This chain doesn't fail. 4-5 star experience every time!
We celebrated our 34th anniversary at Morton's and it could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm “Happy Anniversary” and seated at our favorite table—an extra touch that made the evening feel so special. Our hostess came over and took a picture of us at the table to commemorate the evening. Morton's knows how to do things right! Our server, Amber, was outstanding. She welcomed us with anniversary wishes, guided us through cocktails, and ensured everything was just right the entire evening. We also had the pleasure of meeting Manager Justin, who graciously presented us with our wine locker book and served us a wonderful bottle of wine from our locker to enjoy. What a special touch to have your own wine locker! Jose, Amber's assistant, was equally attentive and kept everything seamless throughout the night. We ordered from the special Dine Out Lauderdale menu, and the food was absolutely spectacular. Our appetizers were delicious, and our steaks were cooked to perfection—exactly as you'd expect from Morton's. To finish, we shared the famous molten lava cake, followed by a cappuccino, and a double espresso. The sweetest surprise came when Amber reminded us that, as Landry's VIPs, those after-dinner coffees were on the house. It was a flawless evening from start to finish—excellent service, incredible food, and genuine hospitality. Morton's made our 34th anniversary a night to remember, and we are so grateful to Amber, Jose, Justin, and the team for making it so special. Highly recommended!
Mortons is loosing its touch. Ambiance is more as a buffet place than a luxury chop house. Food was not good. Took more than an hour to get to the table. Ordered Maine Lobster got an overcooked caribbean half lobster for fifty bucks. Complained to the waiter not even an excuse us.
Excellent service and steak/seafood options! And the wine list is exceptional and great prices!

No matter which Morton's Steakhouse I visit, the experience is always exceptional. The service is consistently attentive and professional, with staff who make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you walk in. The food is flawless every time—perfectly cooked steaks, flavorful sides, and decadent desserts that never disappoint. I especially love the timeless, old-school atmosphere, which brings an air of elegance and tradition to every meal. Morton's delivers the same high standards across all their locations, making it my go-to for a truly memorable dining experience every time. The Fort Lauderdale Location did not Disappoint and we took advantage of their summer dining special and we were very pleased.
Our waiter Danny was the best! Attentive and helpful while being genuine. Best server of recent!
Mike was great all night. His wine recommendation was great and he helped verify gluten free items on the menu. I didn't get his name but the older gentleman at valet was also a pleasant start and end to our date night. The food was great and so was the service.
The service was honestly just so bad it ruined the rest of the experience. The food was good it's just took insanely long between courses that we put in.
Disappointing for Morton's. Shrimp cocktail overcooked and smaller than usual. Bone in fillet overcooked. One bar staff member not knowledgeable and should not be behind the bar. The Morton's in Saratoga where we come from is much superior
