Our food was great as well as the service. The server kind of forced this membership on us that I didn't really understand how/why it ended up on our final bill but regardless we will def return everything was really good!
Very disappointed with our meal and service at Morton's. I had to request breast twice and was half finished with my salad before it arrived. Had to request drink refills since our waiter was not attending to us. Our meat was too done and had to be sent back. Not what was expected at Morton's for the prices charged. We will not be returning. I will say the head waiter did try to make it up to us with a complimentary dessert and beer but I was already soured on our experience.
We started the night with some yummy cocktails and ahi tuna. Finished it off with a filet, scallops and Asian green beans! Always on point!
As I set I asked the server for the food to be served as soon as possible with everything served as ready. The soup arrived after an hour. The stake and all the appetiser arrived after 2 hours COLD. I HAD 5 cocktails by then. Asked the server 5-6 times about the food. 1800 dollars later I IWAS NOT IMPRESSED. It WAS MY 71st birthday. Never again.
Everything was nice. We went for our Anniversary and was greeted by "everyone" wishing us a Happy Anniversary! Something so simple but executed wonderfully! They need to work on the presentation of the food and the apps as you can see in the pictures. Its kinda just thrown on the plate and in the bowl. The scallops and the bacon were overcooked. The food is good but very expensive and pricing was an issue. I wanted the Steak and Lobster dinner and was told it came with a 6oz Filet Mignon. I asked if I could get a 8oz Filet and was told yes, but an up-charge would be applied. I was fine with that. Unfortunately, all they did was charge me separately for an 8oz Filet Mignon $63 dollars and a add on 5oz lobster tail for $27 additional dollars. My wife ordered and got the exact same 8oz Filet Mignon and was charged $57 dollars. I can not believe they did that and charged me more for the exact same steak My fault though because I didn't notice it until we were home. Plus, this is not "USDA Prime Beef" anymore. It's "Midwest Beef" No where on the menu does it say USDA Prime. The service was OK, the waiter was great in the beginning but disappeared as the dinner proceeded. We had to ask two separate people for another cocktail, one being a floor Manager as he stopped by and another waiter. We also had to wait between the apps and main meal, then wait again until we finally ask for our check. For $415 dollars with the tip, I'm not sure we will be back anytime soon.
This is my first visit to Morton's The Steakhouse. I usually opt for Ruth's Chris in any town I visit. Because there was none in the area I was in, I selected Morton's. Let's begin with the positives. The service was outstanding. I was excited when the appetizers were served. They were delicious and the sides were also very good. However, the main course... the steak, was less than desirable. It lacked rich flavor and was tough to chew even though it was prepared as medium. I was very surprised given this is a steakhouse. I gave most of the steak to my dinner companion. I am not likely to return to Morton's even though there is one in my hometown.
The staff was great especially our waiter-Danny who made sure that I had a wonderful birthday experience. I had an amazing time and felt very special to have spent my birthday there!!
Excellent service and great food. Steak were cooked right and they have the best mash potatoes I've ever had.
this is the best steakhouse I have been to in many years and I frequent for prime steakhouses. A waitress Amber was exceptional and I wish there was a Morton's in the northeast! I can't wait to come back again!
I go to Morton's a few times a year. Been to many steak restaurants but I like this one the most. Food, service, ambience, staff, and dining experience is consistently excellent.

Outstanding experience. Went for a birthday and they had a card immediately, and surprised us with a picture printed right there. Service was outstanding, food delicious. It's been a while since we've experienced this kind of service, and it was most appreciated
Our server, Ed, was knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. We enjoyed having him "with" us for our Easter holiday dinner. His timing of each interaction and ability to anticipate a need was spot-on.
Quite honestly, this experience did not match my prior experiences with Morton's....while the service was outstanding, the food quality was very disappointing compared to other experiences in Morton's throughout the the US... had this been my first experience with Morton's, it would have been my last
Our experience was excellent! We were seated promptly. Our server Johanna was so professional and friendly plus she was there when necessary. When we think of great servers, she will be at the top of our list. The dishes all were served as ordered and were delicious.
Staff is great, helpful, and friendly. They make you feel welcome and at ease. 10/10 experience. Went there the day after I got married. They took a picture for us to remember the moment and the manager gave us free desert.
