Great spot in Fort Lauderdale for lobster rolls. My wife loves lobster rolls, so we go try to find spots to get them, and this place did not disappoint. Liz was very friendly and we enjoyed the experience.

First time at Mystic Lobster. We each had a delicious šŸ˜‹ lobster šŸ¦žroll piled high with lobster and shared a lobster bisque šŸµ. Everything was greatšŸ‘ and we would definitely return again šŸ‘Œ

2 lobster rolls, 1 lobster Mac n cheese, 2 sodas. With a 20% tip, was around 130$. It’s not a full service restaurant, u buss your own table which is fine.
The Mac n cheese was $28…….that is insane. It was a small bowl with not that much lobster. The main reason for the low rating is because of the pricing. The rolls were ~35$+ but were actually good. But the pricing truly truly is egregious.

Waited about 20 minutes to be served. Guess they had 1 employee on duty and he was in the bathroom for a minute. Actually had other customers come in and leave because no one came to the register. Was wondering if the guy had washed his hands when he finally emerged. He did put on gloves before handling the food but he was still using the cell phone.
My rating of the food is based on some rolls we had in Salt Lake City Utah at Freshies. I may have done a review on them at the time when I had them.
Mystic didn’t have grease in the fryer so we were refunded $6. So the photo is of our $86 meal. Not bad, but I will not be tearing up the road to return.

Super amazing lobster rolls and the bisque soup was the bomb and had big meat chunks in it. Friendly staff that helped us out of towners find a nice spot at the beach!

Lobster rolls are excellent. The fries are also amazing. Be prepared for price changes due to market prices of lobster going up. The rolls are overflowing with lobster and the bread is fresh. The lobster is cooked perfectly and is not rubbery in any way.

Will definitely be visiting again!

Horrible experience they messed the order up and did not get some of the details correct also over charged for items that they did not have and when addressed never gave a refund after stating they would! Food was not good either would not recommend go someplace else!! They also advertise GF and they can’t accommodate so I wouldn’t trust advertisement of them meeting any dietary restrictions.

If you like Maine Lobster, this is the place for you. I had the lobster bisque soup and the LBI lobster roll. The sandwich was very good with plenty of lobster (very generous portions). The soup was one of the best I've ever had. Most places only put in very little pieces of lobster, but here, big chunks.

A little pricey in my opinion but if you go on a deal day it’s worth it

The lady behind the counter was very friendly, and the lobster roll I had was excellent. I really appreciated the quaintness of the establishment. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the price was quite high for what you receive.

Great little operation here. The meatiest lobster rolls I’ve ever seen.
Don’t forget to ask about the daily specials.

Hmmm, they are doing their best in a fairly bad retail unit with no kerb appeal but the 'product' itself in every aspect has no prospect. Best of luck, not for me...

A Lobster Roll Catastrophe—Save Your Money and Your Taste Buds If culinary disappointment could be franchised, Mystic Lobster Roll Company, has perfected the art. I walked in expecting a buttery, succulent lobster roll—what I got instead was an overpriced insult to seafood lovers everywhere. Let’s start with the lobster—or whatever sad, flavorless fragments they decided to pass off as lobster. It was rubbery, dry, and tasted like it had spent more time in a freezer than in the ocean. Instead of fresh, sweet meat, I got what felt like the shredded remains of a crustacean that lost a fight with a garbage disposal. The roll? A disgrace. Instead of a warm, toasted, buttery bun, I was handed something that resembled a stale hot dog bun someone waved near a toaster but never actually committed to toasting. And for some reason, it was oddly damp. Then there’s the price—a borderline scam. $30 for a lobster roll that had less actual lobster than a gas station sushi roll? Highway robbery. I’ve had more satisfying meals from a vending machine. Service? Indifferent at best, downright rude at worst. The staff looked as thrilled to be there as I was to be eating that excuse for a meal. When I asked if the lobster was fresh, the girl at counter barely suppressed a laugh—probably because they knew the answer was ā€œnot in this lifetime.ā€ And the ambiance? If you love sticky tables, the lingering scent of old fryer oil, and the general vibe of a place that’s given up, then you’re in for a treat. Final verdict? Never again. If you’re craving a lobster roll, do yourself a favor—go somewhere that respects seafood, or better yet, buy a lobster, cook it yourself, and enjoy knowing you did a better job than this entire franchise.

The worst. Other great choices for fresh, not frozen, lobster in area.
