Stopped here for a bite to eat and was very pleasantly surprised. My husband had the Italian sandwich and I had the turkey bacon club. Both were delicious, on super fresh bread! Then we split the key lime pie dessert which was equally delicious! Definitely recommend a stop by here!

Couldn’t have been happier for our 1 year old personalized St. Pattys Day cake. Fair priced and great service.

Since when do italian sandwiches have mayo on them? Mine came with a gallon of it slopped on everywhere, one bite and gone, disgusting...

This cute and cozy shop is just a couple of minutes' walk from the Riverside Hotel and a few feet from the water taxi pickup in Riverside Las Olas. Needless to say, they get a lot of foot traffic. The specialty baked goods and gourmet croissants sell out fast, so it's best to arrive early. The staff is friendly and works quickly. I ordered a coffee, which was just okay. ☕️ The food is what stands out here. We split a Turkey Bacon Club Panini with oven-roasted turkey, vine-ripe tomatoes, Applewood smoked bacon, romaine lettuce, smoked Gouda, and a secret sauce. It was delicious. This sandwich was lightly toasted, moist and juicy, the bacon was crispy, the produce was fresh, and that secret sauce was delectable. Don't share; order your own. It was reasonably priced. For dessert, we had cinny bun bites. They were a warm, toasty, gooey, cinnamon explosion in my mouth with rich cream cheese icing. I recommend a visit to New River Cafe & Bakery. Check out the New River area and take a ride on a river taxi after grabbing a bite to go. #RiversideLasOlas #NewRiverCafe #CinnyBunBites #Yummy #Foodie #Cafe #Bakery #RiverTaxi #LasOlas

I came in early Saturday morning, employees were kind and welcoming and the food was great. The reason for 3 stars is that my coffee was so hot that 5 minutes after being served it severely burnt my tongue. It felt like it was at a rolling boil before being served, no reason for coffee to ever be that hot.

Tried their quiche and breakfast buns. The buns were yummy. Tried both the All American and the veggie delight. Both were good. The service was pretty fast inspite of it being in a very happening touristy area. A great place to go for a take out while waiting for your water taxi. Oh, and their vanilla cookie that seemed to have white chocolate in it, that was so tasty. It closes at 5pm so no dinner desserts.

I was excited to try their breakfast buns but sadly I decided to toss it in the trash. The attendant behind the counter was wearing gloves while making espressos, he came over to take my order without removing his gloves. I continued paying cash, he took it, gave me my change, walked over and proceeded to grab my pastry with sand glove, no waxed paper or gloves. I'll be honest, that is pretty disgusting. I'm not sure if it was a fluke or if it's standard but I don't know I'll be back to find out.

I am a Tour Guide and I visited frequently the Carrie Boat with groups; for that reason I stop in this bakery ' cos I found very good coffee and sandwiches. But is a petty that just one person ruins the business with her bad and rough manners. She is the wants that takes the orders and on top of that, she burn the hand of one of my college customers, and seems that she doesn't care about the consequences that she could have. It's a petty that one person could ruins a nice place.Don't expect that me or my colleagues will bring more customers to spend money there.

I was really looking forward to trying the New River Cafe and Bakery and was so extremely disappointed! The baked items were poorly displayed and just looked sad. The iced lattes were so incredibly bad that we couldn't even drink them. The server was awful, apathetic. Avoid!

Perfect place for a scroll and stopping to get some sweets We tried a few items on the menu: Macaron Chocolate cup with Tiramisu Latte The coffee was okay and so were the other sweets we got. The star product it seems is the Tiramisu chocolate cup and ohh that put love into it. The Tiramisu was made perfect and I wish they served it by itself (I'm going to ask for that next time lol) the chocolate is dark so a bit bitter but paired well with the fruits

Great service, counter person greeted me with a smile. I ordered a caprese sandwich to go. The bread was average but the pesto tasted very good and homemade. Could have used some more filling as the bread seemed to be too much for the sandwich but still tasty nonetheless. The buns look good will have to try those next time.
