Noodle Station | Bowls, Bao & Beer

I’ve come to Noodle Station on many occasions with spouse, family and friends since it opened, and have recommended it to many others, but it didn’t occur to me to leave a review until today! I just have to praise their consistency. Every single time we’ve eaten here the quality of the food and the flavors have been amazing, and the level of service and warmth of Walter and team have always been 5 stars. I HAVE to recommend the AMERICAN SAMURAI bowl (see photo), one of my all-time favorite dishes in town! Won’t be surprised when this place starts popping up everywhere in America!

Good customer service. The tofu sizes could be bigger. The flavor could be better. Could use more lighting. A little hard to find. It's in the corner of a shopping plaza. Friendly environment.

Service was good, they were very nice but the food was lacking and my fiance and I both got food poisening from it. I got the shredded beef and she got the chicken and both ran to the bathroom within 20 minutes. All the food seemed like it hasn't been touched in quite a while, so it doesn't totally surprise us. Definitely won't be back.

Don’t walk; run to Noodle Station. Food is fresh and flavorful. Can’t wait to dine again. I ate Three Little Pigs and it was divine and so tasty. And the Chef/ Owner is sweet and informative. He has such a great menu and thanks to his knowledge and help, my first dish was delicious. Can’t wait to try his bao buns and stir fry. Keep doing what you are doing Walter. Noodle Kitchen is a GEM!

My noodle bowl was SO fun to eat! Maybe it doesn’t uphold to others’ standards of authenticity regarding Asian cuisine of this sort, but I was satisfied with the taste, portion, consistency, quality, and labor put into my sweet potato, veggie/vegan bowl. Not sure if the whole bowl was vegan, as I got a sweet potato base with cabbage, scallions, and mushrooms with the mushroom broth, so be aware of that of you’re vegan and want a treat here. Thanks again! ?

Vegetarian options: Mushroom broth— PERFECT. Sweet potato noodles— UNCTUOUS. Veggie toppings?— SAUTÉED AND CARAMELIZED.

The food was good and it was fun that you can customize the bowl and baos. The broth was flavorful and the noodles are well cooked. It was missing bamboo shoots, ramen eggs and seaweed. I will definitely be coming back.

We ordered the American Samurai which comes with quite a lot of food and it is beyond delicious. Savannah was amazing and so helpful. We will definitely be back. 10/10!!!

A little tucked away in a plaza, but well worth the stop. Made our own bowls, food was excellent! Owner was working the counter and was very helpful in ordering and letting us sample a few things to make sure we liked them. Everything was super fresh, and the made in house hot sauce was a perfect blend of spicy and flavorful. Filling amounts of food, we will most certainly be back many more times!

Love this place service was awesome genuinely nice to customers! Soup was great too! And they were playing pokemon on the TV. I am a fan. If you like Ramen come by here. Thanks again for making this experience pleasurable. It doesn't seem like much but it's definitely worth it.

Cute spot that makes it easy to put together a noodle bowl with your favorite flavors. They have a variety of noodles, toppings, veggies, meats, and broths. The chicken broth and tofu were the highlights of the meal.

Delicious combinations to satisfy your umami cravings! You can pick your type of noodles (6 choices) protein(s) & veggies. Get a customized stir fry or a delicious Bao Bun - one of my personal favorites. Add your sauce(s) and the rest is easy; enjoy! I had an order of Pork Bao Buns and a Chicken & Veggie Udon Bowl, my meal was fantastic! Too much for one sitting so took most of the bowl home. The “Chinese Five Spice” seasoned Chicken was a good choice and all the veggies were fresh & everything was served piping hot. The only downside was the mushrooms were very over-salted but other than that perfection & the service was excellent! I told Savannah who helped us that it’s a good thing I don’t live closer because I would be “Noodle Station poor” as my vegetarian daughter would want to patronize this restaurant on the daily. Comfy, clean, good service & delish… what’s not to love!?! A really worthwhile small business, go try it for yourself!

I’m a local, and this is my favorite hidden gem of Fort Lauderdale! Trust me when I tell you that if you’re looking for quality food/noodles, this is the spot! Great portion sizes.
