Nothing Bundt Cakes

One of the most welcoming staff teams and atmospheres in Fort Lauderdale, with the most delicious cakes. Every single cake I’ve had is a favorite!

Had the pineapple upside down Bundt cake and it was delicious! It had too much icing for my taste, but easily moved aside. I'm really not someone who's into sweets, so when I say something is good, it is.

Ordered 12 mini bundt cakes to be delivered yesterday for an Easter party and this is how they came.

Caught food poisoning from this location. Ended up in the hospital

Placed an online delivery order for the wrong date accidentally and the staff was AWESOME and accommodated adjusting the delivery (same day mind you!!!). Awesome job. Delicious treats.

The cakes are amazing of course. I wanted to write this review because of the outstanding service I received from Carmen. She prepared my order one day early and even helped me bring it to my car since my hands were full. She was So kind and helpful!!! Highly recommend this store!

Came in to pick up a cake and the whole experience start to finish was just horrible. I definitely am not a complainer the interaction was just not it genuinely wish i could return this cake. Staff just made me feel uncomfortable like I was interrupting them, upset when asked questions and overall just did not want to do there job. THEN the cake itself was just old/didn’t taste fresh ? Definitely had been frozen I could taste the freezer burn. For this to be a birthday cake and end up like this is just a waste of 40 dollars !

When I went there to try these cakes I thought I was getting something more close to homemade however upon reading their ingredient list I realize they're no better than getting anything at Publix or any other Bakery they're full of artificial ingredients and flavors and sweeteners if that doesn't bother you great but just remember what you're buying and ask for an ingredient list

My pet is a service dog they refused to serve people who walk in with pets. This franchise needs to revise their policy!

Huge THANK YOU to this location. My bf and I came to Ft. Lauderdale for his bday weekend. The key to this story however is my BF and I started casually dating during Covid. So for his first bday, since nothing was open I bought a small chocolate bundlette and a candle and gave it to him whiles we were just sitting in the car. Fast forward 4 years I have gotten him a chocolate Bundt cake every year. So now on the day of his bday I ordered NBC via UberEats and arranged with our hotel to do a nice set up in the room when we were out to do a surprise. At the time of the scheduled delivery I checked Uber only to see my ordered was canceled. Immediately I called this NBC to see what the issue was, turned out it was Ubers fault. I really wish I remembered the girl I spoke to but she was so nice, I explained to her the situation and how important this was and she worked with her manager to basically order a rush delivery directly with them. So I called the hotel gave them the update and went along my way. When we get back to our hotel room the Bundt -letter cakes were there but get this there was a full size Bundt cake from the store. We were shocked, surprised, and touched. I did not get to visit the store in person but I just want to say a HUGE thank you. Thank you for helping me keep my surprise for my bf but also thank you for helping me continue what will hopefully be many years of this tradition with NBC

I intentionally placed an order at this location as the other closer to me in Sawgrass didn’t have great reviews. I’m glad I did as it lived up to their rating. Valerie, Kimora & Chastity were a breath of fresh air. Between the customer service & the deliciousness of the cake, they are deserving of a five star. Thank you for a phenomenal experience.
