I chose Nube to celebrate my birthday yesterday along with my good friend’s birthday. This was a slow quiet Wednesday night. We were seated and our server came over. I told the server that the smoke from the fire pit was giving me allergies. She told me to go ask the hostess if they can move us. Strange because any other creditable restaurant you go to, the server would take care of that but okay. The hostess moved our seat and we kept the same server. She wasn’t polite like i was use to at nube. She didn’t ask if we were celebrating anything special she just wanted to take our order and get us out of there. I told her it was our birthday so many times and she never engaged with us until the end. She asked if we wanted to order a dessert. I told her it was our birthday. I’m confused because I’ve been to nube to celebrate a birthday before and the server was so sweet. They brought out a dessert and sang happy birthday. But this experience was not my previous experience here clearly. The server proceeds to tell me that they have never done that. That upset me because it seemed like she just wanted to dismiss us. Don’t tell me you all have never celebrated birthdays when i was here in the past and experienced the restaurant celebrate a birthday. I will never come back to nube. I chose the wrong place to celebrate my birthday.

Do NOT order the wagyu steak. Super tough. Confident it's not wagyu. Otherwise, nice place to have a drink with a view and electronic music.

Such a cute place for a friend date or a date date. I got an Expresso martini (of course) and I loved it. The view of Ft. Lauderdale beach is the best while having a drink and some bites.

Wasn’t expecting to need a reservation on a rainy Sunday evening, but alas, even with multiple empty tables, we had to sit at the bar. The food was just OK honestly for the amount we spent it could’ve been a lot better. A bottle of champagne is three times a normal price. The oysters smelled fishy, but thankfully, they let me send them back and the other items that we tried were tasty.. our bartender Julia was fabulous. The presentation was a lot of fun. The atmosphere is hip and trendy, and the view is spectacular. Make a reservation. It requires a credit card, which is a bit much, it reminds me of a fine dining establishment in the middle of New York City but I guess they want people to show for their reservations and that’s one way to do it. I lost my credit card there…

This place was a 10/10/10! Views incredible, food immaculate and our hostess Melanie? Phenomenal. She took good care of us and made sure we tasted the best of the best. My boys and I will definitely be back every time they’re here from across the pond.

I had a nice experience overall, but the service at the bar could definitely be improved. The bartenders seemed distant and lacked friendliness, which made the atmosphere less welcoming. It's a shame because the drinks and ambiance were great, but better customer service would really enhance the experience. I hope to see some improvements on my next visit.

Beautiful, hip, trendy bar located on the 26th floor of the Hilton for an excellent, panoramic view of Ft Lauderdale and the ocean. Make reservations, since there is a limited number of first-come first serve seats at the bar and no reserved tables left on a Friday night.

Menu is tapas style and features unique, interesting cocktails with special effects.

We had a Crystal Clear Colada which had pineapple rum and Ron Zacapa Rum and came had dry ice smoke. To make it clear, is an almost add day effort by the bartender. It was quite good and different from the white pina coladas. We enjoyed talking with Henri and the bartending service of Matthew. We at first had looked around for a seat at the bar and were on our way out after not finding one inside or outside, and we appreciated Mathew coming after us to let us know some seats just opened up.

We made reservations and came back the next night where we had a corner table near the plants and overlooking the Four Seasons hotel and Residences next door. My husband had the charcuterie platter for his dinner while the Coconut Shrimp was more than enough for me. In addition to the fried shrimp, there were a whole bowl full of large chunks of shrimp in a creamy sauce. Very good!

To enter, you need to enter through the roped off elevator in the Hilton lobby.
