I had been really excited to go to this place for a long time because of the view and the location, but my husband who is very knowledgeable about restaurants and food was never convinced. Yesterday, for Valentine's Day, I finally convinced him to go. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had. Our night would have been completely ruined if we hadn't left and gone to a steakhouse next door where we always have a great experience. We started by ordering small plates and appetizers just to try a few things first, We ordered some empanadas and some dumplings drenched in sauce. Just bland, poorly executed food were so bad that I told my husband not to order anything else. I told him not to order any main courses and suggested we just get a cheese board instead. I figured a cheese board couldn't possibly go wrong... but it was the worst cheese board of my life. We just ate the bread and the bread sticks. Everything tasted like refrigerator that stale, uncovered fridge taste. The quality was terrible across the board. The serrano ham was pale, almost white, and chewy. Even the pickled items tasted bad. The cheeses were rubbery, like they were taken straight out of a plastic bag from a supermarket fridge. It honestly looked like everything had been sitting in the refrigerator pre-assembled, uncovered, and who knows for how long. The only positive was our server she was very kind, attentive, and helpful. At least that part was good. What bothered me the least was the automatic 18% service charge, which they probably include because they already know the experience isn't great. I would say: go only for drinks if you want to enjoy the view. The cocktails are okay not amazing. It's a tourist trap. We will never be back, not even for drinks. Terrible.
Great view from the 26th floor. Service was great even during a busy night. Nice creative cocktail list.
We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. My friend and I don't drink alcohol, so we opted for the mocktail, which was not the best, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
Pros: -Beautiful venue -polite staff -food came out fast Cons: -Music was loud and there was no option of a quieter seating -Extremely limited menu -Food was mid.. some of it came out cold. (Cheesecake Factory has better food). Wagyu steak was not tender. Asparagus was not seasoned at all. -desert tasted prepackaged and not fresh -had to ask for utensils multiple times. Didn't bring steak knife with steak -waitress was nice, but not very attentive -prices are not worth the service or food...maybe a good place to grab some drinks, but not a fine dining experience.
Vibes were great - thought we were going for an amazing sunset view but we actually were facing the opposite direction of the sunset. Still a pretty view just wouldn't get your hopes up that it's a great “sunset” view. Ended up moving from outside to inside bc it was a bit windy outside. Insides vibes were great, esp with the DJ. Drinks and food were tasty, the fries were amazing!!
Really lovely evening with friendly, attentive server, really talented saxophonist & electronic violinist and lovely surroundings. Food & drinks were also really good. We chose to have an inside table as Fort Lauderdale turned chilly which was a perfect choice. Really enjoyed the evening & would recommend and return when in Florida.
The servers were professional and very welcoming. I don't recall our server's name, but she was wonderful and made us feel well taken care of. She recommended a few of their specialty cocktails, and they were delicious — with a fun, unique presentation. Overall, a great experience.
Worst experience at a restaurant, Alisa the server was rude, nasty and dirty, the manager Alison needs more training on how to interact with customers. The food was good but I will never return. I have two other friends that have visited this place and say the same thing. They will never come back. The service is the worst. So if your looking for somewhere to try, Don't come here because you will be very disappointed. Go to Yolo, Flemming's or Steak 954. You will be glad you did. Run from this place. When the 18% is included, your service is going to be bad, she did the bare minimum. Get the drinks and placed our order, then we never saw her. Mine you the seats were all empty but they couldn't move us to another table for 3. They had us on a table for 2 for 3 people. I really hope they fired those two or at least get them in training classes. To learn how to serve and manage. We had other servers refill our drinks. Why do they have a dress code but the servers look like they just rolled out of bed with booty shorts and broken nails, just awful.
Everything was great honestly! The only con would be is that I called the restaurant to ask if they did anything for birthdays. They stated that they give a complimentary desert, but upon arriving there. The sever said they do not do that! But nonetheless 5/5 experience. Great food, great drinks.
Service impeccable I made a reservation but didn't like the guarantee of $100. Food was good and it was a beautiful place for a quick snack not a dinner I highly recommend the smoke drink

It's a nice view at first then it's just seems more of like a club then a restaurant but menu wasn't explained very well, nor was the drink menu we ordered an appetizer. It never came out when our main portions came out our sides were ice cold we felt rushed, just wasn't a very good experience overall. Definitely not going back for an hour and a half drive
Service + dinner was amazing! Desert unfortunately fell short but everything else made up for it
The service was top-notch in the food was excellent. If you wanted it to be a quiet place then it's probably not for you. We loved it though and would for sure go back.
My party of three and I went to celebrate a birthday at Nube and it was a great experience. The food, the atmosphere and the service was great. The only thing I would say that let me down was that it was really cold inside on a cold night in Florida. The outside seating with the fire stands were warmer than the inside seating. Over all a solid 4 out of 5.
The food and service were excellent; I really appreciated the quality and attentiveness. However, I found the space to be a bit small. I had expected a larger area that would allow for more comfortable movement. Overall, it was a good experience, but a bigger venue could enhance it even further.
