hello. i ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel. they had no regular bagels so i had to get a cheese bagel for my sandwich bread. the sandwich had so much egg, barely any cheese, and 1 slice of bacon. the egg looks like gelatin. they also charged me wrong and gave me a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with another bagel on the side!?!? what is this madness!! i honestly should have went to starbucks. I also ordered a lemonade and they gave me orange juice ☹️

It's a good place to get breakfast sandwiches. I got an egg, cheese, and sausage croissant sandwich. It was good.

Egg was powdered egg in the breakfast bowl. Guac was flavorless. For $12 the bowl should have real egg made to order. The powdered egg was crumbled from a sandwich and then they put ripped cheese slices on top because they don’t have shredded cheese…. Refund please..

Ordered blue berry muffin with butter, didn't get any butter. Also ordered plain bagel with 6 pats of butter. They toasted the bagel, so advised I didn't want it toasted. Left the counter without checking the bag, which was stupid of me. Inside was a dried out sliced bagel with 3, not 6 pats of butter. Got what I didn't ask for and not what I did ask for. Terrible customer service and the cashier not friendly at all. Giant waste of money.

I’ve never had such a bad bagel 🥲 the egg wasn’t a real egg.. it looked like gelatine.. I don’t know what that is but it was definitely not an egg and it tasted really weird. I paid for extra cream cheese and they just gave me a cup. If I’m paying extra for cream cheese I normally expect good cream cheese spread in my bagel.. otherwise it’s just not common charging for it.. it would be the same as charging for the package of mustard. You just don’t charge extra for that.

Really bad experience. Just avoid it if you don’t wanna waste your money. I rarely write any google reviews, so that speaks volumes.

First of all, it seemed as if placing my order was an inconvenience to the employees. More importantly, this was the saddest, overpriced grilled chicken sandwich I have had. What a waste of money!!!

The guy accused me of trying to pull a gun on him when I grabbed my wallet from my purse to pay.... in the airport... past security... Unacceptable. 0/10

Service leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered some bagels with cream cheese. When I got to the gate, I realized that there wasn't any cream cheese. I went back to them and I asked for it. The lady said that it should have been on the bag. When I told her it wasn't, she reluctantly gave me one cream cheese and she kept implying that I was lying that it was on the bag. Horrible customer service. Next time, I'll go to the Starbucks down the terminal.

When I pay extra for cream cheese I expect it to be smeared on and not provided in a little cheap cup. I mean come on this place is almost as bad and his football career. If i’m ever in fort lauderdale airport again I WILL NOT be returning…

Not enjoyable at all. Don’t waste your time or money here. Eggs and sausage were so cold the cheese couldn’t melt. Not much flavor. Atmosphere is nonexistent

Listen to the bad reviews, I should have read them first. I got the southwest bowl and it was just terrible. Didn’t finish it. I’m not a picky eater but it was awful.
