There's something about this place that almost always causes us to be here for 90 minutes. Tonight we ordered 1 entree each, got 1 soup each and left after 90 minutes of being here. It was 30 minutes before we got our soup and this is a common occurrence. We eat here once to twice a month bc the soups are good but there's always a long wait. It's just frustrating, we walked in at 723 today and are leaving at 902pm.

I had lasagna and the noodles were hard. Our server kept disappearing and never asked if we wanted Parmesan cheese on our salad or our food, he left the Parmesan tool on his tray and left so we took it and did it ourselves ?? we won’t be back!!

It was my first experience at the food chain Olive Garden. We ordered Meatballs Parmigiana. The also serve the unlimited salad, which is lettuce with a mix of red cabbage, olives and hot peppers. The meatballs were extremely watery and we were cutting them. Overall taste was good. My husband ordered Tour of Italy, the lasagna was excellent, the fettuccine alfredo was very pasty and the chicken parmesan was alright. I ordered the meat sauce spaghetti, it was so watery as if the water from the frozen meat sauce had stayed in the plate. I complained to the waitress (Tara) and she said well it’s the water from the pasta… i could probably had filled 1/3 of a cup.She never brought the breadsticks so we asked her and she said yes sorry, my hands were full, which wasnt true since she kept going to see other tables and checking in on them. The restaurant needs a serious modernization.

The place is OK, but like all Olive Garden's, it needs a refresh. Furnishings are old. Server was pleasant, and pasta was served hot.

I’m convinced they got people writing fake 5 star reviews. Horrible service… Horrible manger…. Blonde hair in some sort of fade? Food is not good at all. Manger is really insanely rude as hell. Elmo Duncan. And some other lady as well. Not clean. Did I say horrible service? Better off going to the one in coconut creek.
