Outback Steakhouse

I’ve never eaten worse steaks! How can you serve a steak raw? I ordered it medium. I’m honestly surprised that it’s even possible to ruin a steak in a steakhouse.

Today, my husband and I visited this establishment. My husband ordered a medium-cooked steak, but they brought him a completely raw piece of meat that was impossible to chew. I ordered a ribeye steak, and it was completely overcooked. It tasted bitter. I also want to mention the terrible service—the waitress was running back and forth and didn’t come to our table for a long time. We even had to wait 15 minutes just to get the bill.

Service was good, food was good-very flavorful but I did order a medium cooked steak and it seems they over seared it a little too much but it still tasted good, the atmospheres was good. All in all I had a good experience. The Brussel sprouts were especially good!!

The place stunk before. We walked out of the place a few times. We gave it another try and it seems like the new management has done a good job with the hygiene of the place. It was just smelling really bad. Progress for customers great!

Usually everything is perfect, but this time I was very disappointed. I ordered filet mignon, they brought me a tenderloin, changed it to salmon, it was overcooked and dry.

The waiter joked borderline, and it was not pleasant.

Too busy for one bartender/server but he tried his best. He really did well under ridiculous circumstances that management needs to address ASAP.

Parking is tough in the lot at busy times. Took the better half and four grandchildren for lunch. We were greeted and seated within minutes. Our server was friendly and helpful.
We ordered drinks and appetizers. Load french fries, blooming onion, and coconut shrimp. The grandchildren ordered steaks and chicken. Mashed potatoes and broccoli. The wife and oldest granddaughter ordered pasta with shrimp. I had steak ,baked potatoes, and veggies. Everything we ordered was served as requested . Our lunch was good. Everyone said their meal was tasty. Desert was a passion fruit burley. No dessert for me as no sugar-free offerings. Overall, it's was a good
time with my grandchildren.

Christian and Jamarr are a phenomenal team! Jamarr is going places. Such a kind, attentive young man. The food here was the best Outback we’ve had in a very long time.

Outback sure has gone down hill. Steak came out cold. Mac and cheese had no cheese just blend pasta. Potato’s were cold. Bathroom lights not working.
