I ordered a grilled cypress garden salad and black bean soup. I could not eat either because the soup was extra salty and the caprese sandwich was smothered in mayonnaise. I am highly disappointed.

Great store but it has locks on the bathroom and the doors are all rusty and squeaky so it really needs to be updated

I reached out because half my order was missing. I was on hold for 15 minutes just for the manager to come on the phone and be extremely rude and nasty like it was somehow my fault they were short staffed. Instead of just talking my number and calling back because they were busy the manager was rude and actually cut me off and put me back on hold. She didn’t even apologize after confirming they missed items in my order. It’s no surprise to me they are short staffed considering how poorly the management is at this location.

I placed a lunch order here the other day (11/11, around 12:30pm) and when I came to pick it up, there was a lack of meat on my sandwich. I flagged down the manager, Lera (pronounced Lair-Ah), and asked to purchase another helping of meat, she refused to charge me and got it done in seconds. Lera was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to not only help me but every other customer in the store. She knew the regulars' names, was incredibly respectful and warm, and ran the back-of-the-house operations like a drill sergeant. I work in hospitality on the corporate/management side and I struggle to find GMs even half as strong as she is. 11/10 manager!!

Worst service. I clearly ordered chicken walnut salad and I got your disfusting fake chicken. I called the store and the woman on the phone played dumb like she couldnt find my order. I told her I had the number of the order and she didnt bother in taking it to check. This is the ridicoulus. Terrible service.

So I have been a member of the sip club since it came out years ago… I have visited multiple Panera’s all over the United States and even visited one another country though they were not related.
My point in this is that I have never been treated the way I was treated at the Panera store today.
I take my own cup when I go to drink at Panera because I do not believe in creating that much waste and since we use Panera pretty much on the daily that would be a lot of waste.
I have always gone in after I placed my order get my cup coffee get my bagel from the counter and have a seat and have never had an issue. I have had managers and issue inquire nicely as to whether or not I had already paid for my beverage in a professional way… This manager however chose violence.
I’m not sure if she felt empowered because there happened to be a police officer inside of Panera at the time that I was getting it but she decided to show off… And be a bully.
She came roaring from behind the counter screaming at me “if you’d like to order something you can pay at the counter”
Instead of simply asking did you pay for that or can I help you with something or something of that nature she decided to scream at me in front of the entire restaurant. And then when I turned around and said yes I already pre-ordered in the app and I’ll be walking up there to get my food in a minute… She doubled down.
Then she turned to the police officer and had the goal to say to him please standby because I think we’re going to need you?!? Are you kidding me. I just certainly hope that the owner of that restaurant, because they are franchisees, Sees this and takes action. This occurred around 7 AM this morning at the restaurant and before she can delete the video file with no doubt exists you need to take a peek. If that’s what you call customer service then your establishment should not be open and your store should be shut down by corporate.

Nothing really exciting, but nothing really horrible either. Food was average and most of the staff was rather rude or didn’t even engage the one woman working making drinks however it was extremely friendly and save this place from getting a lower score. The men’s room smelled horrible.

Came to this Panera location twice — first and last! All three sandwiches I ordered were made incorrectly, with missing ingredients or items that didn’t even belong on them. The staff preparing the food clearly don’t pay attention or care about quality. I’ve never had this issue at other Panera locations. Very disappointing experience.

I have never been to a Panera bread with this type of service. Nobody acknowledged me and I ordered a bagel and asked for it to be toasted. The bagel tasted old and it was not toasted at all.

Food was alright, but overpriced for what you're served. Soup portions are too small. Ordered chicken sandwich with avacado and it had the smallest slice of avacado that didn't cover even half of the sandwich.
Staff were yelling at each other and yelling to get additional items. Really throws off the atmosphere.

WHEN I SAY WOW. my experience today at this Panera was completely perfect. I had begun losing interest in Panera recently having been to other locations in the soflo area and today this location turned my whole day around in a great way. Super happy and super impressed thank you so much! Everything delicious.
