I made an order 7 sandwich it take me an hour when went home all of my sandwich’s had something missing such as avocado and chicken- so my sandwich just a bread and cheese - I wasted 100$ and 1 hours for breads - that unbelievable - that a big bad service. note this bad experience happened to me twice but I don’t like to put review on first visit so I gave him second shot - that was so bad

I love this location. Ramona is always friendly, kind, and offers great service. I've experienced horrible service at a couple of other locations in Ft Lauderdale but I always have a great experience here. I'll definitely continue to come here for breakfast or lunch. I love the avocado chicken melt, the southwest chicken melt, and the teryaki bowl.

Every time I order from this Panera through the mobile app there is a problem. Missing item, wrong order and well today simply the order never arrived. Waiting 2 hours for no food is beyond upsetting. I understand Panera’s can close out deliveries if they can’t accomplish them, better to do that than to leave clients waiting.
