This location needs a renovation. From the seats being torn, tables dirty. It was the end of the night so less was being done, but the whole atmosphere was very drab and dark. Panera Bread make it more presentable for patrons!

Fresh food delivered on a timely fashion. An entire meal was missing on our order, yet no one has the decency to answer the calls, so we had to request a refund through UberEats.

For a place to not be that busy, there were an awful lot of dirty tables. They guy at the register wasn't to eager to talk about the menu or specials, which would have helped pick out order faster. Food was pretty good. Love the counter cookie and refresher tea.

So disappointed. Moved to the area and learned this Panera franchise doesn't make chocolate chip muffies! They have them all around the country but this group locally is very disappointing. Won't be back until I can get a muffie again!

I never leave a 1 star rating but this was awful. I hadn't been to a Panera in a few years, but thought I would give it a shot for lunch. It's hard to describe how bad it was.? I ordered a pick 2 with small salad and 1/2 sandwich. I ordered an Asian chicken salad. They were out of the dressing so they subbed a sweet, sticky, Thai- teriyaki sauce and must have poured a whole bottle in it. I think they put the whole salad including the lettuce in the microwave as it was all warm and soggy. Yuck! The 1/2 Turkey sandwich tasted like the cheapest quality processed lunch meat. So bad. Doesn't any corp Panera people ever check out the restaurants??? Also, they charged 15.00 for this. It honestly was so institutional it makes hospital and school cafeterias taste pretty good. It's obvious why they are closing up locations.

This place is consistently inconsistent; they need to seriously improve their job training or just hire better. You can literally order the same smoothie and sandwich two days in a row, around the same time, and it's either one day, they completely get your sandwich wrong, or the other day, it's your smoothie that's nothing but ice chunks.

I hadn't eaten Panera in over a year but I'm glad I did. I almost forgot that it was so good. They even gave me a free treat for my birthday.Try the new chicken sandwich.

Disgustingly poor heath experience. While our two sandwiches being made the person making them sneezed while looking down at them an all of the sandwich ingredients that may not have had sneeze covers over them. Although he was wearing a basic mask which does not block 100% or even the majority of germs as we are all aware of. No attempt to turn away or block with aa hand or any body part, just sneezed over all of the food and prep area. He turned to look over his shoulder to see if anyone caught him doing it and immediately continued making the same sandwiches. This was also observed by the person working the pass who I assume was the lead or manager. Nothing was done or proper recognition to the issue and the order was bagged and handed over the counter. Obviously this is accepted sanitary practice if a mask is worn, but my order and the prep area and contents for future orders should have been considered contaminated. No use bringing it up if the lead person new it happened and chose to do nothing. Fortunately there was an Einstein’s just down the road to replace the garbage ones that had sneeze all over them. There was no chance I would have accepted new ones since the kid contaminated the entire prep area and contents. Both worth bringing up to what appeared to be the person in charge since she seemed to be oblivious despite being there and witnessing. This was a huge turnoff where nobody finds food that is sneezed on in any form appetizing or acceptable. Being the weekend there was outside customer service to bring up for immediate attention.

If an option I'd select 0 stars.I hadn't been here in awhile because they are overpriced and slow but decided to stop and get a bagel. Nothing has changed. Nearly $4 for a bagel and a tiny container of generic cream cheese you apply yourself. This location is horribly ran. Store is never busy, plenty of employees roaming around. Overpriced food $13 for a bread sandwich no thanks. One employee who's been there awhile always appears sedated works the registers and she has an attitude, put her in the back or something. I find it hilarious they also expect tips on top of their outrageous pricing, dirty dining room and horrible service. The location up the street isn't much better. I won't be going back to any of their stores.

Panera has become a really mass marketing fast food restaurant. I can say their food is ok...nothing outstanding. I got a Pick two which included a salad and a soup. Both were average. Their salads used to be really good, several years ago, lately they have lettuce a bit wilted, toppings that are not as fresh as before and the portion sizes seem to have been reduced. Overall, a place you can count on for a quick meat. Their baked good like the croissants and cookies are still very yummy....their meals, just so...so...so....

They give you the containers half full of Mac and cheese or soup. And this is not the first time it happens to me.

We all recognize that service will be slower due to the staffing shortage. However today’s experience was less than acceptable. Three guests in front of me walked out due to lack of service. I waited several more minutes for the cashier to take my order. Prior to her taking my order I witnessed the cashier spill a drink on the counter, She walked around with a rag, mopped up the floor with the rag and used the same rag to mop up the counter. I mentioned to her that she needed to throw that rag out or in the wash since she used the rag on the floor and then the counter…her response was “I know I was in a hurry”. As a guest I should not have to witness that type of unsanitary actions

Slow is an understatement. The lethargy on display here is embarrassing. The food quality is fine and consistent, but the service lacks so much I can’t imagine coming back to this location. Plenary of staff, they just seemed to have the opposite of urgency and not one of them acknowledged ANYONE in the store until they were ready to ring them up. Not a “hello” or anything. Also, it could be cleaner. If you can, find a different location.*this location does NOT have the ordering kiosks, so you HAVE to wait for a manual order. Ugh.

Let's just admit it: Panera Bread is a potentially decent concept that just isn't managed by anyone with a decent set of brain cells. The food is "meh" at best, and subpar at its worst. Having been many times (always to see if this time it will be decent), the latest I've noticed is that the amount of, for instance, chicken or tuna salad on a sandwich is no more than a tablespoon. I'm not exaggerating. I've had to go back to the "kitchen" area where teenagers are making the food and politely demand they put some actual protein into the sandwich. The tomato soup and the chicken noodle soup are surprisingly good, but you aren't coming here for just that. They need to totally curate the menu, update their management practices, increase quality review, and be way more generous with serving sizes. You've been warned.

Seemingly quiet nice place . However l had personal item stolen , a jacket at the table l left with coffee to go to bathroom. Be on watch when you there. It is the first time ever , as l used to frequent Panera in other locations due to the ease and nice environment. Regretful.
