I went in here to get something to eat and go to the bathroom. But there is a code lock on the door and they wanted me to get a receipt first in order use the bathroom. Let me tell you something I was about to be a customer and now I will never be a customer not here or any Panera bread. Period. the end. I suggest you grow up and have some respect for peoples humanity. This company is a piece of garbage. No, it didn’t perpetuity I will add all of the restaurants that I go to eat at as pictures for alternatives to Panera. Stay tuned.

We wanted an iced coffee which is self service... But the parts are on opposite end of the store! Coffee on one end, ice on the other, milk back to the first side... And no cream or 1/2&1/2 was available, only milk. It took many minutes to get the drink after paying and get out of the store.

I typically love Panera, always has been a comfy place to work with friendly staff. This Panera is the exception to the rule. I asked an employee if I could use a table she had a rag on because I needed an outlet by that table and there were no other tables near outlets open. She was so annoyed and disrespectful shoving the table at the wall, not acknowledging me saying "thank you" and the proceeding to talk about "annoying" I was...for simply asking to use the table that had a rag on it that wasn't being used but only to block a section she was cleaning. Completely ridiculous response and she should not work in any type of customer service...unless it is the DMV where this type of behavior is expected.

Waited about 40 mins for a to-go sandwich. And the staff of 5 or 6 has no concern that 15(+) people are waiting at the pick up counter. Staff just ignoring everyone and completely in slow motion. If you care enough to promptly take my money at the cash register, please care enough to ensure I enjoy meal.

The service we should double-check! A lot of kids work with attitudes… they talk a lot with each other… Kids! Bc that, doesn't work to ask for food through Uber Eats or another app! ALWAYS COME with missing something or the wrong order?But, the food is delicious if they do their job right!

Rapid pick up said order would be available ar 1151. It's 1159 and still not ready. I had to chase down an employee to help me and finally got my order at 1203. The most inconvenient online ordering imaginable. I'll never do that
