Horrible delivery service,never order

I visit this location at least twice a month and they are always friendly and gives fast service. I went in today during rush hour and food wasn't ready but they were very nice about it. It's clean and they are always welcoming.

They changed my delivery store from Lauderdale lakes to this dump customer service sucks they use door dash to deliver pizza and when it’s delivered to the wrong house they refuse to refund you or remake pizza that you never got unless you go to coperate. There a person here who must think his name is John I asked for a refund he acted like he had to pull it out of his pockets. The worst store you can order from

The second making a mistake on my food. I just check the box After with eat the pizza and realized they did give my son what he order. The first time they did not cut the pizza.

This place does not use gloves when dealing with ready to eat food. I asked him why are they not using gloves when handling food and they said because they wash their hands. Do you not realize that you can still have fungus And bacteria on your hands that you do not see? Disgusting and terrible way to work by law you’re supposed to wear gloves when dealing with ready-to-eat food. I do plan on reporting this

Horrible delivery service. Did not follow any instructions in the notes. Unprofessional, my first time having to deal with people who do not know how to do their job. The driver, Sherry came up short with change, tried to give me $14 and take my full $50 without giving me the right amount change back, My order total came up to $23, I do not know why she thought $14 was okay. No solution was made, she left with the pizza. I had to call the store. Who hung up on me the first time "Will". Put me on hold 3 times and kept passing me to other workers to ask me what the issue was, when I already explained myself to the first person, Will. Over 30 minutes had passed since the issue had pass and I asked for a fresh pizza batch, because I didn't want cold pizza with all the time that has surpassed.. Will told me "no, your pizza should be fine it's only been 30 minutes." But by the time Sherry, the driver returned to me 1 hour had pass and I had lukewarm pizza. I had to reheat it myself. Overall, this was by far, my first WORSE experience with papa john's in all the years I have ordered with you. I never had an issue prior. I cannot order at this location and I won't recommend it to others.
