Absolutely the worst pizza experience!!! Today we are having a class party and I ordered 4 pizzas only to receive TWO !!! Then when I called Papa John’s, I was told I cannot get a free pizza, like I asked for any free pizza !!!! THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO PAY FOR MORE PIZZA!!!! Both the general and assistant manager.

Delivery guy left my order downstairs for anyone to grab. I just had surgery and now was forced to go all the way downstairs to get my order. Also the food was cold and poorly made.

⚠️WILL ROB YOU! Plenty of people have been robbed by this store. They use DoorDash which is a 3rd party making it very confusing. Sadly and unfortunately for me this is the location that is connected to my papa John’s app. Everytime you try to add on something like extra sauce they’ll rob you. They might even charge you the wrong order. Everytime I order extra anything Iv never get it Call to let them know and all they do is laugh at you. Or tell you they are sending somebody to come bring you whatever and you never see them. Since the order is thru the app they can’t look up your order so they say.i can’t even get a refund, I’m deleting the app . Never eating papa John’s again. Pizza ain’t even like it used to be so they lost me as a customer. I called one time and someone said on the phone over 4 sauces??? Like I ain’t have to pay extra for them. Sad thing is food isn’t even for me. I hate even the thought of papa John’s

Was picking up an order, I ask cashier to used bathroom, he said it’s only for employees, he didn’t let me. Any Restorant I go pick up an order, they allow customers or affiliate partners to use the bathroom. It’s said, “ Not a public bathroom”, it doesn’t say nothing about Employee only!

Ordered from this location twice and both times, pizza tasted fresh and made how I ordered it. The staff was also friendly, what more can I ask for these days. 😁

I came to the broward and 31st 01/01/25 i asked for a large pizza that i had a coupon for stating $9.99 for a large pizza i show both the manager willie or will and the cashier the coupon. For some reason this location tries to charge you more for no reason as i showed the coupon with the date. This location still charge me well over the rate and act as if they did care so because i showed the coupon they made me wait 40mins as everyone else ordered then left. Im simply writing this complaint hoping someone reads it and correct this problem.we could go anywhere else but im choosing to do business here please help.
