There was confusion about a pizza special price. When I realized the total was higher than expected, I asked to cancel one slice. The woman at the counter was polite and refunded me without a problem. Unfortunately, the man in the back reacted very rudely, slamming things around and saying I had to take what I ordered. That behavior was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food was fine, but the customer service experience needs improvement.

I've ordered from this place several times I was born and raised in new york city and I gotta tell you this takes me right back home.This is one of the best small pizzerias, mom and pop shop.She'll ever go to if you're ever in this vicinity.This is a must stop, especially if you're from the northeast. What a great neighborhood find! Papi’s pizza is a legit NY styled pizza joint. Their pizza slices are HUGE! We are talking x2.5 times larger than an average slice with toppings galore. If you need to feed a large family — check out the 28” XXL pizza.
I will definitely be returning.
