Pelican Wings and things

The food tastes very good. In addition to calling to let you know when your food is ready, the staff is quite kind.

Unfortunately, there was not an option for zero stars, so I have to give them one. This is my second time dealing with Pelicans and both times were negative. Both times I placed orders, one for pick up and one for delivery and neither one was on time. The pick up was not ready until 45 mins. after it was scheduled to be ready. The delivery took 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive. We kept calling and asking where our food was and kept being told it would be there in 15 mins. When the food did come it was cold, there were no forks and no salad dressing for the salad. No apologies offered, nothing to make up for the poor customer service, no phone calls to explain the delays. I will not be ordering from them EVER again and neither will anyone else in my organization. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ignore the positive reviews, believe me, most of them are fake accounts; they are trying to boost their poor ratings to stay afloat. Try changing your service!!! ?

This ain't it

Was not happy with the young lady that pick up to take the order. Straight rude for no reason, customer service is terrible. On top of ordering tenders, the was over cooked the chicken was straight dry.

This is the third time I have ordered from Pelican Wings and things. We have ordered wings from many other places and by far- these are the best. They are good sized, meaty wings and are perfectlyCooked. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Would recommend, if only offer a few dessert options, would be nice if were available. Good seating options. Good menu options!

This place clearly knows how to please their customers. Consistently with a super nice approach. The food is affordably priced, regularly tasty and neat.

THEY BEEN RUDE, THEY ARE EXTRA GHETTO, WINGS NOT EVEN ALL THAT, I HAVE FOUND HAIR IN MY PHILLY SUB SO AM OVER DONE WITH THIS PLACE, IN THIS IS NOT A SPORTS BAR THEY DON'T SELL NO DARN ALCOHOLIC DRINKS PERIOD
