It’s 10 46 pm on August 1st 2025 I came to pick up my to go order, the woman that handles it was away from desk when she finally came back she walked past me four times, I finally asked if she could pass me the order, she told me she only had one hand and slammed the order in front of me

Food was good especially kimchi fried rice and chicken karaage. Service was slow though

I have been going to this place for a few years now and never had an issue till now. I ordered the golden chicken curry which implies and it’s named curry which I haven’t received instead I received some honey sauce. Chicken was burnt and rice was cold. I always have ordered takeout from them and yes, they would have times where they would mess up a order, but it wasn’t as bad as this. I am completely upset with them how they allowed their standards to drop like that

I am a dasher and the guys in pick up are awsome, allways try to have the order ready !!!!! Great place to pick up orders !!!!!

One First time at this location, but it was equally amazing. I can bathe in the Ramen Broth and after a long day a delicious old fashion was exactly what the doctor ordered.

Ivan was truly incredible and really made our experience! My wife and I don’t get to go out often and last night for our anniversary we decided to stop at phat boy and grab some sushi and I’m glad we did! Ivan went above and beyond with his service and was truly amazing! Definitely will be returning and asking for Ivan only!

I had the chicken karaage which was amazing also the chicken garlic ramen but that was lacking a bit of flavor other than that extensive menu!

Manager in banana hair clip likes to correct employees at the takeout counter with clients waiting in front of them. Seems demeaning to the employees. This is the second time I’ve seen it happen. Both incidents that I have seen have been with different employees. If you’re having a lot of staff turnover, I would look into this. I really like this restaurant. My favorite thing to order is the Ramen.

While walking by Phat Boy Sushi, I decided to stop for lunch. I was impressed with the excellent service I received. The pork belly was quite enjoyable, though I did notice some small portions of hair on the skin that could be addressed for a better presentation. The sushi was delicious, and the drinks complemented my meal nicely. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely consider visiting again.

We sat at the sushi bar, but we're served from behind by a waiter. The food was great-definitely try the trio roll!
