Loved this place. The burgers were outta this world. The fries same. Never had fries like this before. You idiots on here complaining over the smallest stuff on yelp, closed this place. I hope you feel better about yourselves now giving it a 1??? Half of you would complain you didn't get a damn napkin in your to go bag. . No wonder why aliens won't visit us. You people doing this deserve all the worst in life, especially the idiot woman who complained with a 1 or 2 star review and her food was frigging free with coupons they handed out as a new business!!!! Screw you pathetic "yelpers" doing this.

Really great customer service. My girlfriend seen an ad on Instagram a few months ago but we hardly go to fort lauderdale as it is a little out of the way. As we were passing by she suggested we give it a try, and I'm so happy we did. I got the Pincho burger with cajun fries, she got the latin chicken bowl with fries. Amazing taste! I especially like the cajun fries, pretty much a must have with your meal here. In terms of customer service, Alex, Casey, Danielle, and Jean (I hope I didn't wreck any names) are very well trained and made us feel welcome for the entire 30 min meal. Restaurant is very well kept, and feels spacious. I will set time aside to go here with friends and family not only for the great food, but the nice people! Great job guys!

Absolutely delicious! Got a local craft beer, an amazing burger, and perfectly cooked fries, what more can you ask for? My only nitpicks would be that I would prefer they put even just a little salt on the fries while still hot and oily enough for it to stick (but serving unsalted for guest to salt themselves is an increasing trend and thus not surprising) and I don't recall being asked what level of doneness I wanted my burger. Luckily I prefer medium anyhow but YMMV.

Walked in at 8.45pm. Was greeted - Hello. Placed an order TO GO!!!. As soon as the female at 8.45pm on Sep 19th 2019 took my order, she then said - " Oh were closed" I asked her what time they close as the door was still open, she responded " now". I asked her why would she take my order if you were closed. She replied. "were closed". I told her that the sign on the door says 9.00p and my order was EXTREMLY simple - burger and fries. She replied. "were closed" STAY AWAY - with I could rate the food - but the customer service is enough to STAY AWAY - P.S - I ended up at McDonalds, which I haven't been to since college, but trust me, the customer service was 100% better!

I've been there before, the food was great. I went last night and told them not to put the cilantro sauce on my burger, because I am allergic. I was happen to watching the cook. he put the sauce on the waitress told him no sauce. he wiped it off with a napkin. I asked for a refund and left. If I would have eaten it. I probably would be in the hospital. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Worst food I've ever had in my life. It's so beautiful inside but I paid $15.97 for a bowl of rice with a side of beans and 5 (tater tot size) piece of steaks that tasted terrible!!!!!! From the white rice to the beans to the meat to the soda, it was awful. I'm the type to spend money on good food but it was absolutely terrible. Sorry for the bad review but I'm in shock!

In the realms of burgers, Pincho will always be my fave. I've been visiting their locations from when they only had first opened & had only the 1 location on Bird Rd. The creativity of the the monthly specials and the quality of the meat they use will always keep me coming back. I've tried the pinchos to almost every burger. All delicious and cooked to perfection Always good customer service as well.

The meat on my burger was rear... They never asked how i like my burger. I came to realize this when i got to work and couldn't go back. So i got bucked for my money.. 😔😔😔 would love to return but now i have second thoughts

Odd concept to me. My expectations of a kabob is meat AND veggies on a stick. This place just cut up chicken and grilled it. I was expecting to be able to pick out what vegetables I wanted...kind of like ordering a sandwich at Subway.
