Pizza Craft Pizzeria & Italian Specialities

One of the better pizza spots I have found. Good mix of quantity and quality. I went with a buddy and we both got our own pie. The fig jam & bacon was great, but I reckon all options are pretty solid. The meatball appetizer was really good as well.

We saw this place while on a Segway tour with Mike from Segway Ft. Lauderdale, who told us we should try the pizza here.

This place was really a surprise. I thought I was walking into a pizza joint and got transported into another world. Jesse served us and was amazing. He looked amazing, sounded amazing (i loved his accent), and provided amazing service. The decor was very cute in the front room, and then we were escorted into the backroom and were teleported to another time in history. It was like a really fancy lounge and apothecary. A busser provided ice cold water in a bottle with glasses while we waited for our pizza takeout. The place is really fantastic for photos and we took several. When the pizza arrived, we were encouraged to try it fresh, so we did, and it was amazing. It was truly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The pizza was very artisan, straight from Italy. We highly recommend this place.

Was in the area with the family and decided to give pizza craft a try. Being from NY, finding really good red sauce hasn't been the easiest task in South Florida. Most places go overboard on the garlic or oregano or both. Not here. The red sauce and vodka sauce were spot on. The pizza was excellent, not quite as pillowy as a traditional Neapolitan slice and not quite as charred as old school coal oven pizza, really a great combo of both styles. Sauce was tangy with just enough sweetness to be balanced. Fried calamari were ultra crispy and the pear fiochetti was also excellent. The standout for me was the chicken Parm. It reminded me of home and was exactly what I've been missing since I moved down to sofl. Service was gracious and Mike went out of his way to make everyone feel welcomed. Definitely going to be back.

I LOVED the ambiance of this spot and I’ll definitely be back. The pizza score hovered between a 7.9 and 8.1 but ultimately went with the latter. Excellent crust, delicious sweet sauce, and you can tell the cheese was very high quality. Large areas of the pie had absolutely no sauce on it which is why I was hovering over the 7.9 score but the last bite sealed the deal.

I ended up paying $27 for one Arancini appetizer because the server decided to put a nine dollar plus tip on there and then when I called the owner to get it refunded, they said there’s nothing that they could do so they stole my money. they stole a tip and won’t fix it save your money go somewhere else.
