I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Pizza Hut location. I placed a carryout order and was told it would be ready within a reasonable time. However, I ended up waiting over an hour, only to never receive my order. Despite my repeated inquiries, the staff kept making me wait, offering no clear explanation or urgency in resolving the issue.
To make matters worse, when I finally decided to cancel my order, I had to wait even longer just to get a refund. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. A prompt resolution would have gone a long way, but instead, I was met with indifference.
I understand that busy times happen, but this was beyond unreasonable. I won’t be returning to this location and hope management takes action to improve efficiency and customer service.

Ordered online through their website. Then got a text that a DoorDash driver had my food. I thought that was weird because I didn’t order through DoorDash. Never arrived, tried calling the number provided, went straight to voicemail three times. Called the store and they were extremely unhelpful, basically saying “sorry, the driver probably stole your food.” Trash.

Please double check your order before leaving the store, the woman upfront was mixing up everyone's orders. There was a family before me who got their order messed up and then were given my order, I ordered for pickup and when I got there I had to wait 20 minutes more, and after that she came out with 2 pizzas and sealed them in front of me, like trying to make me go and not check, so I ripped the stickers and to my surprise, the order was wrong. And I point it out to her and she comes back with the right pizza and tells me.. " you a driver?" I answered "no, and if I was I wouldn't be opening people's food." Then she says "ooh you must be a driver for yourself " what does that even mean? And bring the old app back too, the new update is trash.

**Pizza Hut Review: A Mostly Satisfying Experience**
I frequently order from Pizza Hut, and I have to say, they are one of the few places that consistently get my orders correct—something I truly appreciate, especially when placing large or custom orders. Recently, I ordered through their app and tried the Big New Yorker pizza. While it was decent, I was a bit disappointed with the sogginess. I had requested for it to be well done in the notes, but unfortunately, they didn’t follow through. A crispier crust would have really elevated the experience.
The wings, on the other hand, were great as always—deliciously cooked and flavorful. The French fries were just okay. Unfortunately, they arrived cold and soggy, which was a letdown compared to everything else that arrived warm.
The delivery service was another highlight. My driver was both friendly and fast, which added to the overall positive experience. While the pizza and fries could use some improvements, I give Pizza Hut two thumbs up for consistently accurate orders, a user-friendly app, and solid customer service.

I paid for pizza that comes with one topping and the member argued with me instead of make my the customer satisfied. So this is my review....not a good experience.
