If this location could get a 0 it would get it. Customer service and product are horrible. If you go in they have an attitude and if you call they hang up on you because they don't want to work. NEVER order from here and go to the local pizza place as they want to serve you. If this is a franchise or corporate owned they are getting FLEECED!

Pizza looked like it needed to be in the oven a lot longer. Way undercooked almost looks raw. Everyone in the store was nice but would not come back.

I just had the rudest experience here at this location with a female manager. We tried calling for a hour straight to figure what was going on with a order finally got threw and they just hung up. Had to drive there and literally waited for 10 mins in the store until the clean up person went outside to get her. Came with how busy they were and no apology. She just wanted to fight with me and my wife. We got our refund but literally were treated us less than human. Ask to talk to manager and wow she was the manager. Literally was provoking us to fight with her. Laughing as we left the store out loud towards us. People like this should not have a position of management with that type or way ti greet customers that had to drive there ti get help. Worst experience I have ever had with a fast food Resturant.

Pizza was cold and it took them 2 hours to go 2 miles...... I would never buy from them, Not worth it at all. Very disappointed in the service they provided. I guess that's why they get crap reviews.... I could choose a different restaurant. It's unfortunate, I really do like Pizza Hut but this is the worst experience I ever had with them. Again very disappointed in the service and never order from them unless you want to wait for cold pizza and want to wait significantly more then they said it would be there. (If I were you I would buy just a store frozen pizza.)
Update: a manager called me after I posted my complaint and put me on hold for 10 minutes. Never said sorry for not delivering your order. All she said is please hold. Tried reaching out to her again and was never connected to a manager. Pizza Hut officially sucked again even when pretending to do the right thing. Never again.

Really horrible service - when ordering, I confirmed multiple times that I was using their curbside pickup. Multiple times this was confirmed and I was instructed to call and say I was there. After driving across town, the person answering the phone refused to bring my pizza to curbside pickup. I explained my order was confirmed for curbside pickup. She simply refused, multiple times. She was unprofessional, rude, and provocative. I called the manager the next day and he acted indifferent. I tried to reach a human customer service person at corporate, without success. This probable explains why the service is so horrific.

My order was completely messed up and the wrong thing was made. Was told I'd have to wait for my order to be remade. Not really happy here. No plates, no cups, Rationing ranch for only God knows what reason.

Awful food and service. Order was delayed, when I contacted them I was told it had just left for delivery. I tried to tell her I had gotten a text that it was arriving in a few min. And that was 39 min ago. When it was delivered (contactless) it was missing the 2 pizzas. I called the driver who said oh I didn't check I need to come back & look at receipt. Another delay. I also called the store. They were rude. Wax told driver will deliver the pizzas. When they came they were wrong! I called the store again & the manager said while just eat it you ordered one with pepperoni. I don't understand what your problem is. We had ordered for a group. 2 family pasta dishes . A large pepperoni & a large cheese & brownie. Finally got our pizza over 11:2 hrs after the brownie & Pasta. Horrible . Pizza was not cooked thoughly& was very sloppy. 4 corners had no sauce . $55 order was trash. No response from customer service or store owners
