This isn’t the first or second time I’ve had an issue with my food not being fresh. The taste also isn’t comparable to how it used to be. I more than likely will never order from Pizza Hut again. I never thought I would say it but Domino’s pan pizza is surprisingly better.

I ordered ahead of time. I even showed up a little late to pick up. I wait 20 minutes because it’s still not ready, for them to tell me there’s no pineapple. I say, whatever, give me a discount and I’ll take a pepperoni pizza instead. The manager says she can’t. So I asked for a refund…I’m sitting here 5 minutes later while they’re figuring out how to give me a refund

I placed an online order, and realized I didn’t put in the notes where my office is , so I wanted to call and apologies and ask them to update the delivery notes, but I’ve been on hold for over 40 min , my pizza should’ve been delivered 15 min ago, so now I’m still on hold wondering where the driver even is so I can just go outside and collect it, but no one answers the phone, and when the auto call system sends me to their costumer support center , they say they can only transfer me to the store, a revolving door of on hold, if someone wants to call for a pick up how do they even do it if no one answers ?

Ordered a pizza with regular sauce, olives, and onions. We had to lift the cheese to see if there was any sauce ( could kind of see some) and had maybe 2 olives on a large pizza ( one slice had one small piece of olive)

Ordered a big dinner box and as I was going to bite into a pizza I saw a roach on the slice of pizza and when I called to get a refund they only offered 10 dollar credit don’t go to this Pizza Hut they’re unsanitary
I didn't go in, but the order I received was terrible. I asked for well done pizza. It came totally barely cooked. It was covered in Greasea seventeen dollar order turned out to cost me thirty dollars highway robbery.

Honestly, my kids want me to order Pizza Hut now moving forward. They had never had it and it was a whim that I ordered, but the pizza was good, super hot, and delivered very quickly.
