Ordered online. Pizza want ready when I got there. Manager came out and said it would be ready in 8 mins. Wasn't a large pizza that was on sale it was a medium. Toppings were right. They gave the wrong extra sauce garlic instead of marinara. The staff was nice. But my friends were unhappy because I got the wrong stuff. Oh well. Will try again next time. :|

One of the worst business experiences Iāve ever had. I placed a mobile order through the app, but the order failed to inject into the store system. I immediately called the location and spoke with the General Manager, Chen, who offered no assistance. Even after providing my confirmation number, she refused to fulfill my order and instead referred me to her officeāclosed on weekends with no option to leave a message.
When I called back requesting that she escalate the matter to the district manager, she declined and instead threatened to call the police. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has severely damaged my view of Pizza Hut as a brand.
I will no longer be choosing Pizza Hut and strongly advise others to avoid this location. They make no effort to resolve issues and demonstrate zero respect for their customers.

This isnāt the first or second time Iāve had an issue with my food not being fresh. The taste also isnāt comparable to how it used to be. I more than likely will never order from Pizza Hut again. I never thought I would say it but Dominoās pan pizza is surprisingly better.

I ordered ahead of time. I even showed up a little late to pick up. I wait 20 minutes because itās still not ready, for them to tell me thereās no pineapple. I say, whatever, give me a discount and Iāll take a pepperoni pizza instead. The manager says she canāt. So I asked for a refundā¦Iām sitting here 5 minutes later while theyāre figuring out how to give me a refund
I placed an online order, and realized I didnāt put in the notes where my office is , so I wanted to call and apologies and ask them to update the delivery notes, but Iāve been on hold for over 40 min , my pizza shouldāve been delivered 15 min ago, so now Iām still on hold wondering where the driver even is so I can just go outside and collect it, but no one answers the phone, and when the auto call system sends me to their costumer support center , they say they can only transfer me to the store, a revolving door of on hold, if someone wants to call for a pick up how do they even do it if no one answers ?

Ordered a pizza with regular sauce, olives, and onions. We had to lift the cheese to see if there was any sauce ( could kind of see some) and had maybe 2 olives on a large pizza ( one slice had one small piece of olive)

Ordered a big dinner box and as I was going to bite into a pizza I saw a roach on the slice of pizza and when I called to get a refund they only offered 10 dollar credit donāt go to this Pizza Hut theyāre unsanitary
