Absolutely disgusting I would rather eat pizza from a gas station food was ice cold when delivered and hard as a rock I ordered $65 worth of food just to be thrown in the garbage and then customer service did not even help do not order from this Pizza

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrendous! Overcooked, inedible, like trying to eat shoe leather. I ordered 3 pizzas and cheesesticks at the store as a walk-in. I spent $75.44. I waited for my order. My home is about a 7 minute drive, got home and pizzas were overcooked, stale/old. Barely any toppings sauce or cheese. Unacceptable. When I called the location I asked to speak to the manager. The person who made the pizza answered, she said she would connect me and I sat waiting on hold for quite awhile, no pick up. I will not order/ visit this location again. Would like to talk to the owner about this experience.

Ordered via the Pizza Hut App. Ordered a large pizza, bread sticks 2 pasta...the one pasta was just Cheezy Alfredo as we have a vegetarian and she stated that it would be fine with bread Stix and marinara sauce...HOWEVER, pizza Hut took it upon themselves to give us CHICKEN ALFREDO, so now her dinner is ruined along with giving us RANCH sauce instead of marinara. NOW on to dessert...I ordered extra of the CINNABON TOPPING, I received the lesser Pizza Hut icing ALL AROUND bad experience that could have been avoided if someone would have JUST READ CORRECTLY

Love the remodel! We used the app to get the best deal, Went in, front personnel was all smiles, asked our name, verified our pizzas were correct and off we went. Pizza were HOT and awesome! In the past we have not had the best experience but this time, everything was amazing. Keep it up!

The food took over an hour and a half to get to me... and it was impossible to cancel the order as the store never picks up the phone.It took so long, that I went to little Ceasars, picked up the food, brought it back, and the kids ate before the pizza hut got there. Smh.. incredible.

I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut for several years. When the Manager, Zena, works the food is always on point! I don’t know what she does differently, but anytime she’s worked my food is extra good. She’s also super nice. It feels great that she always recognizes me and is so friendly.

Worst service EVERRRRER! My order said it was out for delivery at 7:41pm it is now 9:27pm and i still have not received my order and every time i called i was placed on hold and before i can finish my sentence and left on hold! They are so unprofessional and disrespectful!

Order was 30 mins late, none of the dipping sauces came, the pizza was barely warm and soggy and they refused to answer the phone after . smh first and last time ordering from here should have read the reviews first ?
