I want to start off by saying that this score does not represent the employees but rather the management. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and two younger girls were attending to 15+ people. Both of them were clearly struggling, while still trying to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers to enjoy. I waited 40 minutes for two açãi bowls. Management could’ve easily prevented this and having more than two people working. I’m disappointed and I have a hard time thinking I’ll come back

Only two people staffed. Granted it was 8:20 PM when we got our bowls, but we GOT there at about 7:45, an hour and 15 before they close. I understand this is a circumstance that warrants food taking a little longer, but about 4 people who ordered after us visibly received their bowls before us. One of the employees clearly forgot about our order and pretended like she was already making it. I work at an acai/smoothie place, I know damn well it wasn’t made yet LOL. Since this is a prepay business, they also were well aware that we PRE TIPPED $7…….Seems as if there’s not much regard for serving customers in the order in which they came in even when they tip well, and there wasn’t much of an apology despite the $2 off coupon we received for their already expensive bowls (a peanut bowl that we can’t even consume bc of an allergy). Not completely blaming the employees that served us because it was near close and management could have avoided scheduling so little ppl, but you gotta serve customers in the order they arrived and leave us feeling they had any regard for us.

I'm a doordash driver. If you are reading this do not go to pickup from this location specifically. They ignore the delivery people and are clearly understaffed. They are angry people yelling at the employees cause no one's order is being done in a reasonable amount of time. I waited 35 min waiting on order and it was clear they were not going to fill my order any time soon so had to cancel after water 35 min

Waited over 1 hour until I finally cancelled my order. Bowl had been sitting in the counter for over half an hour with fruits getting soggy, just waiting for the toppings to be placed on. Horrible service. They at least could have let us know they were running behind. Clients ahead of me also ended up leaving. What a shame!

I'm a doordash driver. If you try to order anything online good luck!! Today I tried multiple times to pick up one order and was just left standing there waiting wasted about 35 minutes trying to pick up an order that I eventually had to cancel. I didn't get paid for my time.
