This is the WORST fast food restaurant in the Fort Lauderdale area. They are so disorganized. I order pickup from here because I like the food. The service is terrible. They never have anyone handling pickups. You always have to flag down one of the overworked employees after you've been standing there for 5-10 minutes. Today, I walked in 20 minutes after placing my order. After flashing down someone she, I along with 5 door dashers jumped on her for our orders. She goes to the printer and pulls no less than 12 tickets off of it. I like the food, but I'm seriously going to have to give up on this restaurant

I have been a loyal customer for over five years and have always buy food here at your location. However, during my most recent visit, I asked for duck meat, and the employee who assisted me, named Alexa, was very rude and disrespectful. Her tone and language were completely inappropriate for customer service. She told me there was “no duck meat” in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner.

I ordered a quarter Chicken meal with rice and Caesar Salad, First off the girl at the Window had a nasty attitude and told me they didn’t have any barbecue sauce left. This is the second time that’s happened in a month. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the mail before I left and realize while in a rush to my haircut appointment That not only was she nasty but the workers were incompetent. I had no rice with the order no Caesar dressing. The salad was super dry. I couldn’t even eat it and the bread looked like it had a bite taken out of it super unprofessional. I don’t recommend this location the staff is completely unprofessional.
