Food good, service poor. The people seemed upset at me for buying food today. Poor attitude, maybe I should have gone to Chick-fil-A..
Just left the same Pollo Tropical and once again 11/4. Good food, but the service has gotten worse. Sorry to say the workers continue to have horrible attitude toward customers.

The manager a short Spanish woman was very rude loud and disrespectful when I was ordering food. This place has gone from bad to worst. What a shame

I would say it's ok, the staff member who served me although super friendly and super nice spoke very little English, this resulted in an order confusion and late food . Food was okay, and location was okay, I wasn't wowed.

I tried the new cilantro chx and the sandwich is cold wheres the sauce the Pollo on w Commercial Blvd Fort Lauderdale fl is the worst the customer service sucks the fools is cold or old everytime I go there and this sandwich was the last straw I'm never going there again I rather starve how can they hand out cold sandwich they need a trainer there or a supervisor I never see manager just staff

I wish I could give this place zero stars. On two separate occasions, my beans spilled in my bag because the lids weren’t closed properly. It seems like the staff doesn’t know how to secure the containers. The manager appears unhappy and unhelpful, and the overall customer service is dreadful. The most shocking part was the behavior of the food prep staff. I overheard one of them speaking negatively about customers in a different language, thinking no one would understand. On top of that, when I complained about the beans spilling, I heard another staff member tell a coworker to give me 'the bad chicken' out of spite. This is completely unacceptable!

Every single time going to this location the girl at the drive thru named Hugueline is always extremely rude. As evidenced by the other negative reviews.. they say the woman and the drive thru has an extreme attitude problem and it’s beyond me why they continue to have her on the frontline. I frequent this location due to how close it is to my job and it’s literally a running joke in the office because we have to “prepare” ourselves to be served by Hugueline…. Smh she either can’t speak or understand English well or just pretends not to… again another reason she should not be taking orders. Always unpleasant demeanor and nasty attitude.

bad service

I hate, hate giving a bad review so this one is actually mixed, I went through the drive through where the girl was helpful, 👍 ( ordered 2 items ) but when I got my order only 1 item in bag. 😭 So I went in to get the second item ( allowing that people make mistakes, not world ending ones ..not mad ) my problem was it took 3 people including a manager to check my receipt ( excepted, again not mad ) a full 10 minutes later got my item with an apology and a thanks for my patience.
So again ( it's not the mistake being made its the recovery of the situation after the mistake was made and they handled that well)
