Said they didnt have cripsy caesar wraps, no problem I'll take grilled. The grilled were half the size of a dollar bill. Besides the mass amount of wrap to eat there was basically 3 tiny cheeto like chicken strips in the whole wrap. Just tell people you're out rather than short changing them.Update: Tried again last night. The only thing different from what me and my girlfriend did that day was what we ate there. She got sick.

Expect anything but quality service, from the moment you walk up or pull up through the driveway you're greeted immediately with attitude as if we're interrupting them from doing anything but their job. And to add injury to insult it never fails when and if you order is missing items, overcooked/inedible, or poorly packaged. I don't understand, if you hate your job that bad then why even bother to show up? Its unfortunate because of people like this it makes everyone else's experience miserable. Entitlement at its finest.

I just encountered the most unhinged, disturbed maniac at this location who is also a Night-Time "Supervisor"!! This woman was rude, unprofessional, confrontational, and argumentative for no reason!! I tried to order a family duo with chicken and pork for $27.99. She said it'll be 20-30 minutes for the chicken and i said i'll wait. There were multiple people on the intercom asking different questions. I told them i didn't want beans with my order and one person asked if i wanted double rice or rice and corn instead of beans. I responded "rice and corn". Then the supervisor said she can't give me extra pork in place of the beans. I told her i didn't want any extra pork - i wanted the pork thay came with the meal. Then she said she meant she can't give me any corn instead of the beans, so i said "ok i'll take double rice then." Then she started yelling in my ear saying "WE CAN'T GIVE A SIDE OF PORK!!!" She went on to yell "THE MEAL DOESN'T COME WITH PORK!!". I explained the meal does come with mojo pork. THEN SHE SAID - "I MEAN CORN" - "NO, RICE"!! "NO, YOU NEED TO GET BEANS WITH YOUR ORDER!!". I told her to just leave the beans out of the bag. She was literally screaming at me for no reason ..she was confusing herself! She continued to yell for another few minutes. I stopped and asked her why was she yelling at me? Then someone else told.me to pull forward. When i got to the window I asked the girl who was yelling at me and she said the person who was yelling just left and clocked out. I asked for the manager and then the same lady who was yelling at me walked up to the window with her chest all puffed out, glaring at me. She taunted "OH YOU THINK I YELLED AT YOU??" I said "Yes, you definitely did yell at me!". She said (with the nastiest,.meanest attitude ever) "I didn't yell at you, you're just sensitive!!" She repeated that 2 more times, So i left and went to another location. Why is she interacting with customers? Also, why Is she in a leadership role? If she treats customers this bad, there's no telling how horrible she is to the employees. I need to file an official complaint ASAP! I am thoroughly disgusted by this situation. I shouldn't have to take verbal abuse while i'm trying to spend money at your establishment! She escalated the situation for no reason and caused me to waste a lot of time going to different locations on a Monday night!

Ordered the advertised cold pineapple lemonade expecting a refreshing sip from a big glass jar, but ended up feeling like Alice in Wonderland shrinking into a tiny plastic cup. It's like expecting a magic show and getting a card trick instead.You shouldn't advertise a glass jar if you're going to give me a little plastic cup. That's misleading, it's like catfishing!

Avoid this location like the plague. Not only did they forget the rice that went with my family meal but they also did not want to pick up the phone when I called when I discovered it was not included with my order. This location sucks to put it bluntly. The girls that attend to you through the drive thru make you feel like they are doing you a favor by speaking to you and them this. I will make a mental note to never visit this location again. You do realize this is a franchise. The owners at this location must not like to provide good customer service. But that’s alright I’ll take my business to the Pollo Tropical on Federal Highway and Oakland Park. At least there they check to make sure my order is complete.

I had never been to this chain. Had preconceptions. A friend said the beef and rice is good. I thought I'd give it a try. The food was really good and the service fantastic. Not often you can say that about a chain restaurant without table service.
