Pollo Tropical

As I came up to the drive thru, there was a worker taking orders. I am assuming the speaker was down. When I asked to see the menu, she rolled her eyes at me. I ordered the avocado salad and asked for no fiesta beans as I am highly allergic to black beans. I get back to my office and see that my salad is LOADED with black beans. I immediately threw the salad in the trash. I am not sure if it was intentional or the person preparing my food just didn't pay attention. Either way, This is extremely irresponsible as I could've ended up in the ER.

Don’t get me wrong. The chicken is delicious and everything i ordered was tasty. Im posting because it makes me sad to see a business with potential being with bad management skills. Is not about the people working there but is clear that the place needs a better skilled manager.

We ordered our food and it was more expensive than what it said in the menu, then the woman who was serving our food had an unnecessary attitude and had forgotten things in our order this happened around 2:30 and her name was Leanna or Lieanina, something like that, and the food was not the best comparing it with other pollo tropical we’ve been to.

From ordering to getting home to find missing food no receipt our service was terrible. I went to get a refund and was treated like a liar until the cook realized he forgot my food then the manager said she couldn't refund the whole order. I never asked her to.

Went into the drive thru and made my order was told to park in the front of the restaurant to wait for my order for about 15 minutes. And they still forgot to give me the sauces for our sandwiches that I had asked for. And for that we had to eat dry sandwiches not happy.
