Average everything not as good as it used to be they did not give us the full order

Worse service ever they don’t speak especially the one who is doing the online orders has no manners I was waiting for like 15 min and I ordered ahead and I kept complaining like why is it taking so long there just telling me at the pick up station so I stood there and that’s when one of the workers in the front went to go check and the girl saying she was there the whole time no you wasn’t I was just there waiting and nothing. She was very rude catching an attitude and talking back and when I got my food which I got a chopi chop and there was like 5 pieces like really !! I’ll never go there again !

We came here at night, and Carey was such a sweetheart! We wanted to sit outside and he was very attentive, he cleaned the table for us and got the rest of our order for us. Carey was very caring. Give Carey a raise!!!! ❤️❤️

The Polo Tropical on West Atlantic right off military is pretty good...
Place is always busy, so the food is always fresh...
People are usually pretty cool ..
Overall it's definitely much better than McDonald's..lol ..
I stop at these places often, it's fairly decent 😉

This location needs to be reviewed by the franchise. They’re playing this game in the drive-through where they don’t want the counter to start until after they make the order to make the speed of service look much faster and I can tell you it slows down the entire line and creates a back up in the parking lot all so they can get a better scorecard Honestly hire more people or have better training so that we don’t have to try to cheat the system to get better results.

The food was really disappointing. The chicken was dry, the rice was sticky, and the beans were bland — they tasted like they came straight out of a can.
They shouldn't call it Cuban food.

I like the food there but I had a situation with the people who work there back in May 2024. I came straight from a flight all tired and hungry and ordered online. At the pick up area, there were at least 3-4 male workers talking to each other and hanging out. I greeted them with respect and told them I came to pick up my order. When the guy inside the pick up area asked my name the others started to make fun of my name for no reason, while the place needed some cleaning done. That was just rude and inappropriate.
