Don’t get me wrong. The chicken is delicious and everything i ordered was tasty. Im posting because it makes me sad to see a business with potential being with bad management skills. Is not about the people working there but is clear that the place needs a better skilled manager.

I have been to this location several times. The food is usually really good. This location has an issue with communication. Usually, pick-up orders are not ready. For example, today, I did a pick-up order, and it had been 15 mins from when I placed the order. My order was not in the window. The young lady that was taking the drive-thru order's right next to the pick-up area would completely ignore me. I would wait until she finished taking an order to politely ask for assistance....

Appears they changed the evening shift with some different employees. Dined in on 8/26/24 at around 8 pm. The customer service was lacking. The woman at the register had an attitude as well as the girl who served the food. If they’re not happy working, they should just stay home.
