Don’t get me wrong. The chicken is delicious and everything i ordered was tasty. Im posting because it makes me sad to see a business with potential being with bad management skills. Is not about the people working there but is clear that the place needs a better skilled manager.

I have been to this location several times. The food is usually really good. This location has an issue with communication. Usually, pick-up orders are not ready. For example, today, I did a pick-up order, and it had been 15 mins from when I placed the order. My order was not in the window. The young lady that was taking the drive-thru order's right next to the pick-up area would completely ignore me. I would wait until she finished taking an order to politely ask for assistance....
