We ordered grilled tenders and the extremely rude drive thru worker handed us fried (breaded) tenders and after we politely explained that the order was incorrect she then argued with us for 2 minutes, holding up the drive thru, about the terminology difference between fried and grilled. Insane experience with absolutely zero regard for any customer service.

It's Popeyes so of course the good is good. Service is mediocre. The wait is longer than expected and it seems ( at least when I go ) that the spicey chicken isn't ready. So another 10 to 15 minute wait. The atmosphere is slightly tense . But, again it's Popeyes . They are the best for my lunch. Thank you Popeyes 😊

Every time I come here the employees always seem to be having a bad day. Everybody mad. It’s sucks! The only reason I even go back is because the food never disappoints.. I usually don’t spend money where the customer service is bad but it’s literally convenient. I just hope someone sees this and have a talk with them Because people lose money/ business due to poor customer service.

There on nye at closing time for online order, even though store was closing the staff remained calm and very pleasant. As all orders were drive through only the orders that were placed before closing were being finished slightly after close(it was incredibly busy) being berated by late customers they maintained composure and smile, I I could I'd give that staff 20⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️they are any employers dream team.

DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. My chicken was old, my biscuits were hard as hell, my fries were very fresh, & mashed potatoes were room temperature.

Update: They never have condiments like simple jelly. Then they treat you like you're the problem. I am always pulled to the side every time I come here. When I use my app, it's always a problem. I need to see the code in the popeyes app, or you can't use it. Nobody asks for your number so you can redeem or accumulate points. Just very weird and rude.

We went through the drive-thru. The cashier turn off the bike and did not allow me to finish my order when we got to the windows we were told that we could not complete the order I was really upset because I was unable to purchase food for my family. Might decide not to go to that particular store anymore idiots in my neighborhood.

Placed an order for 2 can dine and some apple pies. They called me 45 minutes later to tell me that they had no boneless wings, no chicken tenders, no fries, and no apple pie. And they offered no substitutions other than ghost pepper wings. So essentially they accepted our order knowing they only had biscuits and mac and cheese… and then took 45 minutes to even tell us which forced us to cancel. Ridiculous.
