Security is so rude ruined my experience

Security at the cargo port has favoritism. I got turned around for going into the far right lane for FIT, but I just seen two trucks go into the ONLY CARS LANE. Didn't get turned around. There is no traffic at all so there is no overflow. How can I get on the favoritism list?

Too much distractions! It was confusing, my overall with the staff was good until leaving out, she had a nasty attitude and was very sarcastic!

Clearly marked and easy to find your ship. Lots of parking and CLEAN BATHROOMS!

Had a horrible experience leaving this port- Nadine at the parking area was useless and rude and I am now on my way to urgent care because I had to exit my car because I dropped my credit card. She stood by and laughed as I then slammed my finger in the door and broke it. Nadine did nothing but laugh at me with her co worker. Absolutely disgusting human beings.

Wow. Quick in and out! Uber dropped us off at 25 for Holland right outside the building, the bags went straight from trunk to a porter and within feet, we were in the building. Our experience was very quick and proficient getting on board and their were minimal ramps to climb to get up to the ship….compared to others were you zig zag multiple times on a high incline. Leaving the ship was just as quick and easy. There is a row for taxis that can wait, a row for Ubers that have to be ordered, and then rows for everyone else. Gosh, why can’t other ports be this easy? The airport is super close. $20 Uber, if that. The FLL airport was a dream in departures and arrivals even during Spring Break. My pics are from the plane as it was taking off. Notice how close the port is to just open water! Everything about this location is quick in and out, I swear. There is a new huge and tall terminal being built for a cruise line which may change the feel for certain travelers. The port area, in general, I am told wasn’t the best for a while but things are changing and money is definitely being poured into the area. I’m assuming more cruiser hotels will pop up shortly.

Little confusing for first visit.

Overall decent experience. The only thing I don't care for, is the un-Constitutional signs about no firearms, especially the one saying "even if you have a FL CCW". I'm a born and raised American and reside in Florida, so hell yes I have a gun in my car and hell no it's none of your business. You even asking me at the security checkpoint for port entry, is a borderline 4th amendment violation. Other than that, no issues.

Onbeschofte , luide veiligheidsagenten en personeel. Ik heb me nooit zo ongemakkelijk gevoeld. Waarom moet iedereen schreeuwen in deze haven? Kleine persoonlijkheden dierenkenner dat ze belangrijk zijn.

THEY LOST OUR LUGGAGE. We gave it to the port workers before we got on our cruise and it never was delivered to our room. It’s been over 2 weeks and they still haven’t found our lost luggage. My luggage had a tag with my name and phone number which is why I suspect it was not handled properly so it was possibly stolen. Never got a call, still haven’t heard an update on whether they are looking for it or not. How do you lose not one but two bags, and one of them has my name and phone number on it?
