Always something is broken in this port. If it’s not the face recognition is the escalator but when a cruise comes back the lines are huge. Not to mention that to grab the luggage is always a problem. Too many people doing nothing, talking, laughing (including the organizers) and 2 or 3 only (to be generous) working. People waiting for them to open the line to grab the luggage and instead of helping the 2 or 3 people that are doing all the work everyone is talking, watching the other ones work.

Logistically very convenient located close by FLL airport but traffic going in (security checks) is horrible and cruise port very rude to tourists or rideshare drivers.

I dont like to leave negative reviews but this terminal was awful. Security people both boarding and departing sides were extremely rude. They were screaming at the cruise ship passengers, yelling at us like we should have any clue what thier procedures are and we just were absolute morons. Parking was limited and overall the terminal was grubby. If you are debating between here and Miami, choose Miami. Security is much nicer there and the terminal is very clean.
Breathtaking. It's beautiful and the workers have everything down to perfection so it flows perfectly.

For such a busy port, one would imagine the logistics around getting into the port would be better organized. It’s chaos outside, no directions, employees are not sure of what they’re doing, oh boy…
