The food is good and consistent here. Wish i could say the same for the service. I'm gonna keep my Primantis experiences to the original. Sorry FLL but your service is crap.

PIZZA to die for , perfectly made , just the right amount of cheese with toppings , their sauce is delicious ?.
Soups are amazing ,salads are great ! The staff is welcoming, attentive, on their game making sure we loved everything!! Will be back for sure!!!

I’ve been going here since they opened. However, my Last experience changed that. In short After waiting 30 minutes for A salad , they got my food wrong. Instead of simply removing what I didn’t want on a salad, they threw the entire thing away without telling me that & I would have to wait longer For them to remake it. When I argued, the waiter acted like we were wrong for not knowing their food policies. Then the manager escalated instead of de-escalate the situation and told us to leave. Very disappointed that management who is supposed to hear the customer out and de-escalate things didn’t care & made it worse.

Let me start by saying that I like Primanti's and maybe the guy the night that I went in was having a rough night. They were very busy at the time and it seemed like they might have been one or two people short-staffed. So obv didn't get the warm fuzzies at check out for our take out pizza order.
That said, I would go back there tomorrow!

OMG so glad they are still around the one closest to my house in Plantation is closed (in sure Covid related) so I found another one. Thank you for hanging in there and providing us great food awesome prices and excellent service . I’ve been here weekly since I moved back to south
