My friends call me Shane. I visited Primo's on Sunday March 17th 2024...I would firstly like to say that store was very clean and well kept. I was greeted by William who actually went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, along with his manager Eddie. I ordered the Italian Hoagie which was completely made with fresh meat, lettuce tomatoes and onions. The bread was so tasty and fresh and with my first bite, I was hooked. To the point that I called and ordered a second sandwich. I was visiting Fr Los Angeles but when I return I will be going to Primos again. Thank you once again for such a wonderful experience ❤ ?.

My daughter had a volleyball competition in Fort Lauderdale we went here for a bite, hoagies where GREAT! The manager Eddie was was FANTASTIC!

I come here often. Love the service, Fantastic food. Great, awesome cheese steaks. Bread is fresh and delicious. Definitely always get the seaded bread and sharp provolone. Walking distance from a lot of the hotels. And the intracoastal and Convention center.

Today is Saturday March 9th, @11:30am. I ordered a sandwich from DoorDash and specifically said no Mayo, oil only but it seems as though the employees cannot read and they slapped a bunch of Mayo on the sandwich anyway. I also ordered a Turkey sandwich which was not edible at all, the lettuce & tomato’s we’re bad, and there was black stuff all over the roll as if they dropped it on the floor and used it anyway. I called to speak to a manager, to address this issue: who said his name was mike he was very rude , wouldn’t even tell me his name at first and then immediately hung up on me after I told him what the issue was. The service at this place is terrible and so is the quality of the food. I am so upset I can’t even eat this $50 DoorDash down the drain. As a Philly native please don’t go here, it’s not even close to any primos you would get in Philly. If you want a good hoagie go to Publix or jersey mikes. Never again, I am beyond disgusted. I can’t even believe how bad the tomatoes are. I think the health department needs to be called.
