I visited Quantum Kitchen a few weeks ago when I was in the area. It is located in the Courtyard Ft Lauderdale Downtown. I was not staying there but wanted to check out the hotel for future stays. The lobby and Quantum Kitchen area very nice, definitely not the typical Courtyard. I sat at the bar at Quantum Kitchen and had a drink, I did not eat but the food I saw looked great. The bartender was Kari. She was an amazing bartender. She was friendly and attentive and a pleasure to talk with. She was taking care of serving the bar and the entire restaurant and everyone received great service. This was a beautiful area to sit and have a drink and the service that Kari provides definitely takes it up another level.
I actually changed hotels the following night and stayed at this Courtyard and I credit Kari and her wonderful service for that change.
This hotel also has a rooftop pool and bar the Kari also works at. I went up to take a look and it is a great spot. Really nice pool area and bar, I'm sure this is a fun spot to hang out.
If you are in the area you can't go wrong with this Courtyard, Quantum Kitchen and The Easton Rooftop pool and Lounge.

Bailey is an amazing employee! She ran that whole place by herself. From taking orders, making coffee, delivering orders to your table, AND she even bussed every single table in there happily. I am a customer service manager and Bailey is a rare find. Make sure to treat her well so she doesn’t leave you guys. You rock Bailey!!!

I tried the Key Lime Pie (it’s ok) but ordered also a iced mocha really disappointing.

Excellent customer service and great food! Definitely recommend the burger and French

The food is okay. I had the crab cakes and they were small appetizer size. I practiced mindful eating and ate slowly though to take in the flavors and atmosphere. So I was able to feel satiated. My perspective is that of someone whom has had amazing knee slapping’ crab cakes before so take that with a grain of salt. The display of the food was delectable with micro greens and a Dijon-ish sauce on the place. The service and atmosphere was just lovely. I enjoyed this venue. ? perspective is everything… like reading rainbow says.., don’t take my word for it… experience it yourself if you need a quick bite… ask for their best dish or the waiters favorite and maybe you’ll find something amazing!

Food is ok. Service is fine. However, expect to pay an automatic 18% gratuity on literally everything bringing a Togo burger, with no drink, $25
