I visited Quantum Kitchen a few weeks ago when I was in the area. It is located in the Courtyard Ft Lauderdale Downtown. I was not staying there but wanted to check out the hotel for future stays. The lobby and Quantum Kitchen area very nice, definitely not the typical Courtyard. I sat at the bar at Quantum Kitchen and had a drink, I did not eat but the food I saw looked great. The bartender was Kari. She was an amazing bartender. She was friendly and attentive and a pleasure...
Bailey is an amazing employee! She ran that whole place by herself. From taking orders, making coffee, delivering orders to your table, AND she even bussed every single table in there happily. I am a customer service manager and Bailey is a rare find. Make sure to treat her well so she doesn’t leave you guys. You rock Bailey!!!
The food is okay. I had the crab cakes and they were small appetizer size. I practiced mindful eating and ate slowly though to take in the flavors and atmosphere. So I was able to feel satiated. My perspective is that of someone whom has had amazing knee slapping’ crab cakes before so take that with a grain of salt. The display of the food was delectable with micro greens and a Dijon-ish sauce on the place. The service and atmosphere was just lovely. I enjoyed this venue. ?...
