This used to be my go-to bar, but it's changing. I used to be able to overlook the smell, the disgusting pool table, etc but the lack of parking is now a show stopper. While I like most of the staff and most of the guys that go there, there are a couple staff (two) that always have an attitude. They aren't any of the main bartenders, but it's enough that I finally said, know what? I'm going to a different bar. I can still see the guys I know at other bars. And I found that I'm not alone in this. The regulars and die-hards are meeting in other places, and that's a shame because there are so many great guys working there and it really was one of my favorite bars. The drama is getting a bit over the top with a few of the staff. I go out to unwind, not to be hit with a list of rules and ultimatums and threats like a child when I'm not doing anything wrong and with all the other things I don't participate in going on the background. I'll be back in a couple years (if they are still there) and see if things have changed.

How do you expect people to go to Ramrod when there is no parking available? the idiot management at this bar keeps the parking lot across the Ramrod closed so the only available spots are the ones by Decades which on Friday or Saturday nights are always taken. and then they wonder why less guys are showing up to Ramrod. If they had half a brain cell left they would know parking is one of the main issues which they are careless to resolve, after this has been pointed out to them on multiple occasions.

In the Fort Lauderdale / Wilton area, I would consider it one of my favorite bars to go to.Yeah it may occasionally stinks inside, might be filled with smoke outside.. but you just embrace it for what it is. Most of the staff is friendly. Drinks are super strong (beware). Lots of great people to mingle with. And when there’s a DJ, the music is on point.Due to pickpocketing that’s been going on around all the bars, me and my partner just bring the essentials inside. No phones, maybe bring 1 card or cash, and usually a bum bag to store that and the essentials that I share with my partner.Parking is hit or miss, even during the day. But there’s always parking at the wing shop, which has never been a problem, or decades after 6pm.Overall it’s just a place that you can be yourself - dress however you want whether it’s with leather or not, without judgement and have fun.

I love Chad. He is one of the best bar tenders I have ever had. He is beyond friendly. Seriously I have never seen any one work harder than him at serving his customers. He always projects a great attitude. Very professional. He has a way of making you just feel special.

I have been going to the ramrod for at least 9 months now I never had a problem there until Sunday June 11th at 12:00 I entered the ramrod there was a guy came up to me said he was a manager and asked me did I have a drink and I told him no so he told me to leave the club there were two other white guys beside me in the back without drinks he singled me out because I was the only black in the club at that time and told me to leave he continue to get in my face and yell and with his two fists shove me in my chest that's when I call the cops and the real owner ran inside and got the two guys white guys a drink and have them to come out that is a racist club I would never go back and I advise anyone that do not have a racial hang up do not attend ramrod it is only for whites and they will be hearing from me again
