The bathroom smelled like a sewer the table we sat at was dirty with food crumbs on the chair and floor and table. The plates on the table had strains of hair on them. The chairs were greasy and needed to be wiped off the soup tased old and gritty like it was the last of the bottom of the pot. Hon the chef & mngr Richard was RUDE & HORRIBLE with garbage customer service! He gave me & my husband kid size portions. When we requested & was paying for extra food, he gave the other 2 ppl that were sitting at the table the wrong proportion & refused to acknowledge it when we brought it to his attention he ignored us we’ve been to this establishment before we weren’t trying to get anything free, Hon was being LAZY, rushing and inattentive because he was ready to go they closed at 11 we got there at 9:50pm. The food was not cooked properly. He threw half of our fillet & chicken down the hole on the grill when we asked Richard the Mngr to remove the one meal that my husband didn’t eat as he loss his appetite due to the disappointing service Richard was rude & refused and called the police on us ONLY for the police to side with us and he ended up doing exactly what we asked him to do in the FIRST PLACE remove the ONE meal out of the TWO kid size portions that they served us. That ONE MEAL was untouched and my husband told HON he didn’t want it. We were not rude to any of the staff, Hon or Richard but even after the police we’re unnecessarily called like we were some outrageous people we still tipped our waiter despite the manger Richard not wanting to acknowledge the mess up from his words “his family” he had no customer service whatsoever. Even the police officers stated after looking at the food they wouldn’t pay for it. We frequent Hibachi restaurants and we are familiar with how Hibachi is portioned and the order of operations. I will no longer patronize this business and have informed family, friends and business partners NOT to eat here!! Check out my review on TIKTOK! RICHARD and HON NEEDS HOSPITALITY TRAINING! You have to be mindful of how you treat and mistreat ppl who are paying consumers you never know who they are.

Chef was awesome. Cut small pieces for our baby without being asked. Server was prompt and attentive. Food was high quality- filet, chicken fried rice- some of the best ever at hibachi restaurants. The hostess was uninviting, she seemed bothered that we were there- but we didn’t let that take away the rest of the great experience!

Smell was bad walking in ! Flys around our table and drinks. Beer on draft was super flat! The price was not equal to the quality of food at all. Food was more buffet quality. As a tourist its a must skip ! 2 adults regular dinner was 200$ and the hibachi was super dry !

Drinks were good and ambiance is nice. They were playing 2000 2000s r&b on a Tuesday night, attracting a younger crowd. Dark and dim lights would make a good date spot. Not sure my parents would appreciated the ambiance as much. The fish tasted fresh and the food was overall delicious, however I felt it was over priced $25-29 for sushi rolls. 18% gratuity automatically added no matter how many people you have (there was two of us). Trust me, 18% would be reasonable if the service was actually good. Service was so slow for a Tuesday night. Waiter even forgot my water. Icing on the cake-- There's an extra 3% charge if you use your credit card. I'm not sure I'd go back again.

I have eaten here 2 times..... both times were horrible!!!! Got sushi and both times I had major food posin BOTH times!!! Once I actually had to seek medical attention!!! DONT ROLL THE DICE!!!!

Had dinner on Sunday 6/8 and it was amazing! Grace and Austin did a fantastic job! Fast service and nice experience! Grace was training and we couldn’t even tell!! Huge thanks to both of these employees!

They have an empty restaurant for a reason, when neighbors are fully loaded.
The „main” waiter interrupts the regular waiter in the middle of conversation, and send to bring water, even when we were ordering food.

So expect 20 mins before they are able to take your order, when they have 4 tables in whole restaurant and 3 waiters on stand by.

Awful experience, whey you point it, they start saying that they are having multiple tables and they are in rush.

Can’t handle 4 tables. Four tables, Karl!!

If you want to waste tons of time and bad mood - right place to visit.

We were here on a trip for our seniors! Upon coming in the Host was very nice and had a great sense of humor! We were about to get and leave after our bad experience with the first waiter(Hosea) he was a fast talker, he told us that they were out of items when truly he didn’t want to fix it. We asked him to reiterate what he said because he was talking so fast and his response was “ I already told you ma’am, it’s on the menu” we were about to leave when Gabriel(Bartender, New Waiter) stepped in and said he would take care of us and that he did! He was phenomenal! And everything was great! Gabriel was a breath of fresh air for our entire table! We are grateful! I have a shellfish allergy so they pooled my food in the back and brought it back out to us with a pretty presentation. Both chef’s for us were
