We came here for the bottomless shrimp deal, the food itself took around 25 minutes for our first three dishes to come, the food tasted good, a decent standard for a bottomless deal I really enjoyed the biscuit things, the server was really nice and helpful for the most part, I asked how much the cocktails are as for some reason they are not priced on the menu and she just gave me an estimate of 12-20$ but overall a good experience.
Service is hit or miss. Some seem to disappear after serving food so hard to ask for refills or any other needs. Also disappointed that the shrimp in Shrimp Linguine now comes with tails on which are messy to remove when covered in sauce. This used to be my favorite option for Endless Shrimp but now I like that promo much less with only 2-3 other styles I like.
We had lobster for lunch .There were only 2 servers so that made it much slower .It was too expensive for lunch .Everyone is under the impression that Red Lobster is inexpensive. With tip it was close to $95.00. The quality of the food is not that good . Last time there for me .

One of the worst places I have been to. Sat for 30 minutes before waiter came to see us. Took 30 minutes for the drinks and appetizer and she got it wrong. Another 30 for our meal. I ordered my meat well done and it was drenched in blood. By the time they brought me another plate my husband was done with his meal. I decided to not eat alone and left. Never ever again. The place smells of humidity and its muggy in there. Terrible experience. The manager did not know whether he was coming or going completly lost about the whole thing. Never ever again.

Arrived 8.30 p.m. with a party of 5 and were requested to wait 10-15 minutes for a table. After 15 mins no one took care of us. 6 people sitting at the bar, in the back of the restaurant only 4 tables were occupied and plenty of tables clean & ready. We felt not welcome and left.

My husband and I went to this restaurant 2 weeks ago because we wanted to have lunch there. The place is huge, they have little staff, most of the tables were empty, they had about 15 people waiting for lunch. We decided to sit at the bar, there were about 8 people there; We waited about 5 minutes until a worker arrived. A customer told her that she had been waiting for 40 minutes to be served something at the bar, to which the worker replied that she would be back soon and went to the other side of the restaurant. We decided to leave due to the delay in being attended to.
So I went in to pick up an order and spent an additional 15 mins because they couldn't get my drink order right. It was a little aggravating, but everything happens for a reason. The rest of the order was spot on.

Not enough servers, waited 10 minutes for drinks and 15 minutes for biscuits. Drank and ate biscuits, waited there after 7 minutes for food then asked for more biscuits not ready. Server was doing her best as all her tables were full and she still was professional waiting on all her customers.
