Excellent service. Kaine was so friendly (genuinely) to myself and all customers and passer by people. He is fast friendly efficient and welcoming. Hot fresh delicious flavorful food. Up front about time from cook to table to ensure everyone is happy and full. Ice cold beer. Jerk chicken was juicy tender and delicious. Fries crispy hot and perfect. Thank you.

I was the third customer at the bar. ordered a beer and a flatbread. 15 minutes later asked about my order bartender said she never heard it. the entire time instead of interacting and checking on customers she was in her phone. I had to leave for my flight so a drink in with no food...no wonder the place was empty. had

Pls check the cameras for 7:30am 7/26/25 to see how rude Marie is there. Such an unpleasant woman I took my business right over to Starbucks where the staff was happily working. The lady was so rude that I walked right out she even told me to push my chair in who in the restaurant business has such a request I left because when I walked in she said to sit here you need to order I said mam I just walked in pls give me a second. So nasty I didn’t trust her with any order so I left . Not one person here I was the only one and it was for a reason.

Service was horrible, lady was not interested in serving us, half way thru our order she just walked away and ignored us to greet the cops going by and continued a lengthy conversation until we got frustrated and walked away. Saturday June 14 @10:40 am. She needs to be reprimanded. When we called her out she lied saying we didn’t tell her what we wanted. What part of “classic flatbread to go” didn’t she understand. No wonder the place is empty and the reviews are so bad.

Super overpriced. I ordered a pepperoni flatbread that said $16.49. My total came to $21. Then when I got the pizza, it's little as hell. Its like a small personal pizza for a kid. For twenty dollllllasssss🤣. Yea i'm never goin back....i should have read the reviews. I coulda went to Burger King and paid less and got more.

Sat at the bar and had fantastic service while waiting for my flight.
I ordered a veggie burger, but they brought me a hamburger instead, with zero trace of regret. When I pointed out the mistake, the server shrugged it off, refusing to replace it—then had the gall to say they’d charge extra for the veggie burger I’d originally asked for. The service limped along at a maddeningly slow pace, and despite all that, they still tacked on an automatic 18% gratuity to the bill.

The chicken sandwich says it has jerk seasoning and bbq aioli, it came out bland and dry. The server was annoyed when I asked him about it, I asked if I could at least have some mayo. My husband’s burger was raw and inedible, serving EColi at the airport today? We didn’t bother bringing up to the server since he was too busy and we were too grossed out by the food to try to fix it.
