Fast tasty breakfast with a very kind server, can’t remember her name but she was a tall blonde woman.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free bread for breakfast, but other items were good.

I should have read the reviews. Tiny crappy sandwich and horrible service. The waiter was complaining about something very loudly and obnoxiously.
The chicken sandwich says it has jerk seasoning and bbq aioli, it came out bland and dry. The server was annoyed when I asked him about it, I asked if I could at least have some mayo. My husband’s burger was raw and inedible, serving EColi at the airport today? We didn’t bother bringing up to the server since he was too busy and we were too grossed out by the food to try to fix it.

We had a 3 hour layover at Fort Lauderdale Airport. We decided to get some eats and drinks. I wanted burger king and my husband wanted a different menu and to sit with a drink and watch the game. We walked in before we could say anything the waitress came yelling " oh no no bk here this is for paying customers only. She did not even give a chance to see if he was ordering. Her customer service was unacceptable. If this is how you let your staff treat customers you should not be in business. I will let all that I know about this so they will not encounter your unacceptable customer service.

The bartender Jake here was awesome he was working his butt off with no help. The server was disruptive and obnoxious she was yelling hey lady at customers when half the tables were empty, but in her defense, they were way under staffed. The manager should have been on the floor helping. I even told the manager to help she was rediculous aa well. That bartender was working his butt off. The only reason I am giving 5 stars is for that bartender.

Service was fantastic. I didn't catch the servers name but she was the only one there the morning of 7/3/24 and she was killing it. Very attentive, making everyone feel welcome, just an awesome server to be honest. One of the best I've had in a very long time. I think this place is lucky to have her. Food was good not great, airport food so what do you expect. Wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

Stopped here for a quick bite before a flight. Mahi sandwich is extremely underwhelming and small portion for the price you pay.. Also cheap grocery store buns used making it feel like it came out if somebody's home kitchen? Also a BUNCH of fruit flys observed behind and around bar area which indicates that employees are not properly cleaning the bar. Was offered a sample of a draft beer and before I took a sip noticed a fruit fly in the poor which indicates the fruit flys are up inside the draft pours too. No way it was in the cup from before because the stack of cups were stacked upside down and she had grabbed a fresh one. Then the very odd 18% gratuity with a message that says you can increase or decrease it? Very odd business practice and even if it's in an airport that's no excuse.

Ordered the jerk chicken flatbread, it was pieces of chicken drowned in barbecue sauce and microwave dough and cheese. This is far from how it was described on the menu. It is disgrace and insult to the Jamaican culture.

I ordered togo and I asked the bartender why was it a 18% Gratuity charge he said that’s what they charge for any order. The sandwich was smaller than a sandwich from a kids meal! I would never go to this place again. I would not recommend no one to just get ripped off! So please pay attention after looking back at the receipt it says dine in. I ORDERED TOGO! He could have asked for a tip.

Very slow service with limited menu options. I stopped here because it was close to my gate. Nothing was worth the price I paid (drink prices aren’t posted for some). The service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced with only two people on duty. The bartender appeared overwhelmed and my stay was much longer than it needed to be.
Don’t eat here if you’re in a hurry or care about quality of anything.

Food was sloppily prepared and had bugs flying overtop of it. I was accosted by a women with a raspy voice for siting down and not ordering food while several family’s around me did not order food and had nothing said to them. Seemed like a race thing. Across food, service, and atmosphere I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. I wish I could give it no stars. Staff needs to be fired, very rude.

My husband and I stopped in for a drink and meal before our flight home. We sat at the bar, thinking that it would be better service. It seemed a bit discombobulated. As we were getting situated-not even sitting yet- the bartender came to take our order. my husband said-does it look like we are ready. He said it with a big smile and we were laughing. A few minutes later we ordered drinks. At that point my husband noticed a placard in front of him that said “Order in 3 easy steps”, so he did! He was then told that it didn’t work. So we ordered with the same bartender/waitress. She was even at that time- not friendly ! After we ordered, my husband looked at the website and saw that his order was in twice. When we tried to ask about it, the bartender/waitress told us that she would not serve us! Now, we are 64 and 66 years old. We have never been refused service. We are respected professionals in our community. We were simply trying to figure out what went wrong- even what we did wrong!!!! The waitress canceled our food order and the manager came out. I admit, I was “hot”, as I was strongly explaining the situation-the waitress said to the manager-see, that is how she has been. Well-that is not true! Only when she refused us service-did I become angry and let the manager know-rightfully so! To add insult to injury-when we received the bill for my wine, there was an 18% gratuity added to our bill. So on top of everything-we HAD to tip the extremely rude woman who refused to wait on us!!!! I was told by the manager that she could not reimburse on Alcohol -I thought she would refund the tip, but did not.
