Terrible trust me the owner and staff are trying to control everything and the rules keep Changing every couple months it’s so sad because it could of been a really nice place to live

good afternoon ;: i leaving in 11710 sw 11th place and i have very bad neighbor that other time my husband go to cut the grass the came out to gave him a trouble with the lawn and today i was out sie with him and she start been rude to me and later she stat with my husband and i get so mad i dont touch her but next time i will call the cops on her or you better do something with this wacco lady or we go to have problem i report her to you guys first the next go with the cops i thing you know how it is bonnie the trouble maker

All the horrors described in this reviews are true, I saw things that made my stomach turn. Over priced , overrated and highly unethical management

Was genuinely interested in this community, but seeing all the poor reviews and how you don’t own the land and can pay up to 200k for a new manufactured home and still pay north of $1500+ a month is insane.

For that buy your own property where you own the land and gains value.

This is simply a rental community and you’re paying an over expensive fee for a rectangle shack that loses value because you do not own the land.

Buy where you own the land!

Good luck selling your property in Rexmere. Management makes selling by owner nearly impossible. They delay applications and then make up rules that work in their favor. Our buyers secured a 25 year loan, Rexmere declined them and said it can be no more than 20 years. Nowhere in the Prospects does it say anything about the length of loan. This was just one of the many random requirements that buyers and sellers need to battle with management.

I have lived in rexmere village for over 10 years .Here’s my review .1. The owners of the park are absolutely awful.2.They hire a trapper who is well known for inhumanly killing ducks and cats . I have witnessed this.3. They will rebutte this review with their nonsense.4.live anywhere but here. Literally anywhere . This is the most horrible place I have ever lived.End of review

We lived there Rex mere village in the 70s and it was bad then glad we moved. Rent ther is disgusting

I had a very disappointing experience at Rexmere Village. The president's management style is incredibly outdated, and it seems like she sees herself as all-powerful. What's particularly frustrating is the lack of fairness – she only fines residents on the main road, which is clearly biased. We desperately need a new president, and it's astonishing that we can't make online payments in this day and age.The high fees we're paying are not justified, and accessing the pool has taken several months. It's evident that this is a result of poor management, which ultimately falls on the president's shoulders.Furthermore, it's concerning that every complaint is attributed to the owners, but it's the president who resides at Rexmere Village and seems to lack basic interpersonal skills. It's crucial that she steps down or is removed from her position for the sake of the community's well-being.

I went to visit a family member its beautiful, clean, quiet, good community, but not enough parking and I was told the swimming pool has been closed most or all summer.

Great family oriented neighborhood....

This people will lie about the place you want to buy. I purchased a trailer and placed it back to the market the next day I moved in.
