Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Place smells similar to a porta potty and the italian ice has way too much sugar in it. Both times I’ve gotten it my stomach has hurt and I have felt horrible after.

It was so watery we ordered 4 different flavors mango nerds, blue, raspberry, lemon and they were all watery for being near the beach. This location should be cold inside and the icy should be frozen.

Let me begin with the fact that my daughter has allergies so the only thing she can have as a birthday treat are that is inexpensive is Italian icees. She signed up for the Rita Icee app about a month ago. There was an initial free small icee for signing upWe missed that one and and then she got a birthday, which is the small size. We went in a couple days after her birthday to get the icy, which in the app it says it expires within five days from her birthday. When she went in and she scanned it showed that there was an error. She came back out and then I went in to see why they couldn’t honor their app. They called the manager and the only thing the manager was willing to do was give her a kid size icee. We showed them the app and asked for them to honor the small icee. They informed me that it’s explores. It clearly showed that the reward was still available and that it expired within three days of her birthday. The particular representative that I dealt with looked at me with disdain in her eyes. She said this is what the manager is willing to honor because the reward is expired. It was clear she wanted to say something else, but could not because there were other customers in the store at the time. It was too much for them to give my daughter for her birthday a five dollar small icy. I would not suggest that you all visit Rita’s for any birthday ICE because clearly they don’t honor what their app says! It’s just a ploy to get you in the store! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!

The server wasn't behind the counter when I entered, and I waited for about 3-4 minutes before she walked in from outside the shop. My girlfriend's chocoholic concrete was meant to have mini chocolate chips, but they took up unironically half of the cup. It was comical that she had 50% custard and 50% chocolate chips. The ice cream is decent, though, and it's a great place if you are the huge chocolate chip fan.

Small job but service was good. They have the best custard and Italian ice ! Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a cool treat. Location is right across from the beach so makes for a nice view of the ocean while you enjoy your Rita's!

The best custard!!! I’ever had! They have many options and many toppings to choose from I appreciate the manager time for showing me the store’s products and one of the guys who was with her! Both of them very kind!!
