Pescatarian Foodie

The service was terrible. We weren’t offered water, and I had to get the waitress’s attention multiple times, to order, to pay, and twice just to get a to-go bag. The food was good, but the poor service completely overshadowed it. With an automatic 18% service charge, it’s just not worth it.
This place has clearly been overlooked.

Service and atmosphere were good but unfortunately the food at the airport location does not reflect the quality you get from the brick and mortar locations. It’s unfortunate for those who never have had Rocco’s Tacos for this to be their initial dining experience, and for consumers who are expecting the delicious guacamole, chips, and drinks you are in for a severe disappointment. Guacamole tastes like it is store bought and drinks were subpar. Again service was good but food not so much, especially for the price!

Restaurant was dead but took 40 mins to get our soda. Our server was no where to be found. Waited for over an hour for the food. Seems like they take advantage of the standard 18% gratuity that is added.

I went here for a business/client dinner. The client was flying in and their flight kept getting delayed and the restaurant team was so accommodating to shift our reservation. We also had a large enough party we got an indoor, side room that was still open to the energetic atmosphere but enclosed enough that the noise wasn’t an issue. The food and drinks were all excellent and our server, Kevin, was 5 out of 5 stars.

Thry could be a little happier to see people. Glad they have vegan options. Super pricey. Just felt not very welcomed. Had to ask multiple times for things. Also note they add gratuity to checks.

We love Rocco’s in general. We love the bartender who is friendly and attentive. For some reason the food quality always falls short at this location. It’s still a fun stop before a flt with very mediocre options in c gate area of T1.

Do not dine here on any sort of a time crunch! I stopped by thinking I could get a quick bite before my flight, which was boarding in about an hour- some user error on my part. I came during early lunch time around 11 am and it did not appear busy at all.

However they were short on staff with the wait staff tripling as bussers and hosts. My party each ordered basic menu items and got our food after about a 45 minute wait and barely got out of there in time to board the flight on time.

The food was solid tex mex, but the service was poor with how long it took and no refills on drinks the whole time.

Overall a solid airport restaurant that I would recommend over a fast food place, granted you have an hour and a half or more to spare.

The food was good my only complaint is that they charge you 18% gratuity automatically which is fine but then suggest you tip an additional tip up to 22-25% on top of that which is absolutely crazy. Luckily I caught it but I’m sure a bunch of people don’t.

Another group of about 8 came in and I was promptly ignored. Use some kinda online payment system that wants me to agree to an EULA.... Shouldn't have to sign a legal document to pay for my food. Also automatically added an 18% gratuity.
