Truly dissapointing experience. Stopped to have an iced tea with my father on our way out to NC. The iced teas were watered down and almost the wgole cup was ice. Waitress never atopped to ask if we wanted a refill. I had to get up to look for her to try and pay oir bill. That took about 10 minutes. She told us that we had to scan the QR code to pay... A "convenience" for some an annoyance for others. I had to start heading towards the gate so I scanned and began the process of walkimg to the gate and paying. There were two QR codes and apparently I scanne the wrong one as it took me trhough a long process of regestering. I happened to get a call in yhe middle of trying to pay when she showed up to see if I jad payed. I told her of the long registration process and that I was trying to do so. Thatbis when she informed me aboit the second QR code... in an annoyed voice. I asked her to please vhaege my caed at the register ( I could see the bartender charging a card) when she said that that was not an option and that I had to pay via phone. Apparently the bar and thr tables have different rules. She didnt make the rules.. but she deff needs some customer service skills. The whole experience was truly dissapointing.

Food was okay. We ordered tacos and food was decent. But the servers were the most rude, unkind and so unwelcoming. Restaurants are meant to be like second home for food and feeling. They didn’t give us the lime for tacos that we ordered for about 20mins. They didn’t even serve us water although we asked it for 3 times. They need to fire most of the staffs and hire civilized polite and servers that make customers feel comfortable and happy. Absolutely disgraceful of a service. Please don’t go to this place. I would give negative reviews if thats possible.

The food was very good. The drinks were simply awful. For a place that considers itself a tequila bar, their signature Margarita was terrible. My wife’s sangria was barely drinkable. If you want a good authentic taco and a soft drink, go. The service was competent but brusque.

If you're an airport employee, try to hide it, and maybe you'll get some service instead of having three different employees and the cook acknowledge your presence and walk off. Plus, it's 2 hours and 30 minutes to closing, and they turned away another customer.

The food was very delicious! I thought it was so worth it. When arriving it was a little weird standing and waiting just because there's no hostess and you wait for the waiters or bartender to call you somewhere across the restaurant. I recommend getting a hostess or just let people sit but I know you don't really want that. Anyways, once seated my husband ordered a simple breakfast plater but I wanted a quesadilla, unfortunately I was there slightly before breakfast ended so I got the breakfast quesadilla with chorizo. BEST CHORIZO I HAVE EVER HAD!!! It literally shocked me. I love Mexican food so I was super happy. The waiter recommend a slightly spicy sauce because I like a little spice and that sauce changed the game even more. The guacamole tasted fresh. I wish I could have tried more food but what I got was super good. The waiter asked if we wanted water which should be free but he said I know your gonna travel, " do you want it to go" i said sure but he ended up charging us for a bottle of water, just make it clear it's a bottle of water and not a to go cup of water. But I do reccomend this place.

I rarely leave bad reviews and hate to do it, but the food here was really bad, and the service was abysmal. I understand it's a busy airport restaurant, but our server was rude. He looked visibly annoyed when we asked to order in person instead of on the app. I truly hope he was just having an off day. To make matters worse, we were hit with a mandatory 18% gratuity—despite the receipt stating it could be adjusted at checkout, which turned out to be false. The system simply wouldn’t allow it.

Cannot comment on the food, as I waited over 10 minutes without being acknowledged by the staff at the "Please wait to be seated" sign. At least 4 staff members passed without a word. There was plenty of seating for one person and the group of 5 behind me got seated as soon as I left. FLL joins my top five worst airports list, knocking off DFW.

Just ate there. Food was very good; we both had casadillas. Service was reasonably quick and very friendly. Quite good for airport food. No regrets.

I have just one word if you're planning on eating breakfast here. NO. I paid $30 for cold scrambled eggs, bacon so thin you could see through it, a cold piece of toast and potatoes deep fried and tasteless. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Believe the reviews. This place is not great. If you’re not in a business suit, the lady at the bar is NOT going to give you good service. She did such a poor job her poor coworker had to pick up her slack while she gossiped with her friend.

Aesthetic was nice, chips were stale, service was terrible. Go anywhere else!

One of the busiest restaurants in this airport, and you can definitely expect the service to be a little slower. No complaints about the food. We tried mushroom tacos, burrito bowl and guava margarita. They automatically add 18% gratuity which is a little annoying considering their less customer friendly service.
