I ordered twice during my visit to Florida. Both times I ordered the pizza. I really enjoyed it. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and toppings. I think I'll be ordering one more time before I head back to Michigan.

Im so insanely sad that this location is still closed! I truly hope it is only temporary.. The other Sals locations aren't even remotely close to as good as this one for some reason. By far the best pizza in the south florida!!

Not so great and very expensive. Meatballs taste like frozen store bought. Steak sub no flavor. Antipasto super salty sorry for bad review but not worth it!

I've been ordering from here for a while. I've also even ordered catering 2 times and each time has been great. The lasagna is amazing, the fettuccine Alfredo is also really good. My husband and kids love the pizza. Last night I tried their creamy pesto pasta with shrimp and it was delicious. Everything I've ever ordered from here has been so good. The staff is even great & provide great service each time.

I have been going to Sals faithfully with several friends to support Sal's and their waitress Rhonda for the past few months. Faithfully without a complaint for the past few months most every Saturday. I have spent hundreds of dollars personally and invited others to join us. Tonight Rhonda spilt (by accident) a glass of liquid all over me and my $800 iPhone and my pants and shirt (the glass was filled with iced coffee) while clearing the table. Normally I would not leave a phone on a table but as soon as I sat down I wanted to share a funny video with the guest across from me. Rhonda sat the bread basket on my phone before I even was aware I had not moved it off the table. After that I just didn't think of it again until she moved the bread basket when the glass and liquid doused me and my phone completely. Sal was there and I mentioned it to him. He told her to get my phone number. She ignored him. I am sure they carry insurance. In any event, neither the waitress nor any of the staff members offered to help me by bringing a napkin or did they offer or apologize in anyway. I did ask for a napkin.. She seemed to refuse to apologize or offer any assistance, Instead she seemed to purposely ignore me even when it came time to pay my check. i stood there soaking wet for 10 minutes while my three friends were outside waiting for me to pay. It was as though she made a very major mistake and seemed to blame me, I never complained, I have been a waiter myself in Chicago for 34 years. I was also a manager for over 15 years. She was extremely unprofessional. I am not sure my iPhone has not incurred permanent damage but I am sure my friends and I agreed we will never go back and support this place. As a past manager I would have been required to offer to pay for the phone if need be , offer a dry cleaning service for the clients clothes. comp the check, and apologize profusely . She couldn't even acknowledge what happened or treat me with a modicum of kindness whatsoever. She did charge full price and didn't even thank me for paying. It was the most disappointing experience I have had in a restaurant because of the lack of basic human caring. It is sad.

Pizza is a solid 7/10. The wings were a bit disappointing. they were in the dry side, but can be because we asked for mild instead of hot. Keep that in mind when you order. But overall does the job and not bad at all if you're in the mood for some pizza.

Placed order online for pickup and was forced to pay online instead of store, only option given. Arrived at store and they claim never to have received order. I asked for refund so I could leave and eat somewhere else and they said they could not issue refund, I would have to ‘call corporate’. Mind you this is 7:30pm on a Friday night. So I was forced to sit and wait for my dinner to be made, making me late for other obligations I had. Safe to say I will never do business with them again. Or any other location for that matter if the company policy is to default to corporate.
I would give a negative 10 stars for the server at the restaurant I love there food and been a customer there for years but the server with the long hair and glasses and overweight sorry I can't remember her name was extremely rude and not a good server. I went their for lunch today with 2 coworkers and she kept only bringing 1 straw or plate and we would have to keep calling her over to ask for more utensil. I then ordered the penne al vodka lunch special that comes with garlic knots and a salad I never got my salad or garlic knots and she bought out the wrong entrée she bought out something that was brown with chicken and broccoli mind you I am catholic and can't eat meat on Fridays when I asked her for the correct thing you could tell she didn't remake it but just scooped the pasta out and added a little of penne al vodka and I still never got my salad or garlic knots so I proceeded to ask for the meal to just be comped since I needed to return to work and the lady snatched the plate off our table and walks away and then returned halfway not even near our table and basically yelled at me and my coworkers to just leave the meals on me while shooing us with her hands in the middle of dining room for other customer to see. It was extremely unprofessional and we will not be returning to Sal's anymore after that embarrassing interaction. Other customer were looking at her as well horrified at how unprofessional she was.

Yesterday was one of the few times I ventured out during the last year for food. Decided that Sal's Italian by my house was worth a try. I got the clams with linguine and added shrimp for $6.95. The total of the bill was $25. The plate had 8 clams and 8 shrimp. I am a skinny guy and I was still very hungry after eating a portion that might've filled up a child. So if I did not add shrimp would this dish only have 8 clams for a dinner portion? Also, the taste of the dish was bland and unfulfilling. The garlic bread was burnt and cold. For $25 i should have gone to Louie Bossi's on Las Olas. I give two stars only cause I did find the restaurant decor to be relaxing.

Was the first time We visited that restaurant, small place with a nice atmosphere, excellent food and services, home made flavors, we order antipasto, bruschetta, an large Sicilian pizza, all fresh and delicious, definitely we recommend.

Really good food and service. Purchased a Groupon and took two friends here. Chicken picatta, spaghetti with meat sauce and Alfredo with chicken and broccoli! All excellent. The garlic knots. Omg. Insanely good. Our waitress was really a doll. House salads and homemade dressings were yummy. I even think Sal cooked our food. When visiting again we will return!
