Sand Bar at B Ocean Resort

I stayed here the night before a cruise and had a very disappointing experience. I called the night before to ask about early check-in and was told it might be possible, and that I could at least use the amenities until the 3:00 PM check-in, which I was fine with.
I arrived at 9:00 AM and was told my room wasn’t ready. No one offered to store my bags or allow me to use any amenities while I waited. At 3:00 PM, there were still no rooms available. Dozens of guests were waiting...read full review

We had zero air in our room for our trip. We asked about it multiple times a day. They gave us 2 box fans at midnight one night. Our room remained 79 the whole time. They would write our name and room number everytime we asked and no one came until the last night when we were out to dinner. Came back to a 79 degree room still. Everything is sooooo expensive and they put an 18% gratuity on everything. 2 very small mimosas were $35!!! (For example) there were no towels available...read full review

Room was cold, we tried adjusting the air (no heat in building) and it didn’t work. It said it was 65 in there despite us setting it at 90 and a thermometer confirmed it was 58. We shut it off and they sent us a space heater which blew every socket we stuck it in. Finally it fried the last plug/entire wall and we were told the breakers were fine and they couldn’t fix it.
