We went on a long weekend girls trip. Upgraded to an ocean front. Not worth it. Air conditioning broken, shower clogged , gross, toilet broke. Fridge broke. I could go on and on. No call back.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. Here are the key issues I encountered: Cleanliness: The hotel was dirty. I found a cheese doodle on the floor when I checked in, and it was still there the next afternoon, even after housekeeping came to the room. It remained on the floor in the same spot for 5 days. The room had stained pillows, non-functional outlets, and we even found a lime that didn't come from us. Customer Service: The staff were rude and unhelpful. From the front desk to housekeeping, there was a complete lack of customer service. The front desk staff were engaged in a loud argument with another guest during my check-in, and nobody asked them to move. The way management spoke to and yelled at the guests was embarrassing for the hotel leadership. Further, when asking the front desk or any staff for anything at all, including directions, the responses were flippant. Housekeeping: Housekeeping was abysmal. Besides not vacuuming and not refilling daily products in the room and bathroom, one day I left my room at 10:30 AM and returned at 4:15 PM to find that it had not been cleaned. There was no toilet paper, and it took 45 minutes to get some after multiple attempts to contact guest services. Nobody answered the phone after numerous attempts. Amenities: The hotel lacked basic amenities. There was no market to purchase necessities, no coffee after 12 PM, and only one restaurant and bar where the service was terrible. The staff were very unfriendly and looked very unhappy. The breakfast was poorly managed, with no server in sight for extended periods. Pool towels provided were old, stained, and ripped with many holes. Bar Service: The bar service was slow and rude. I waited 7 minutes for a cup of water—she served alcoholic drinks first—and the same bartender was unfriendly later in the evening when I ordered dessert to go. Elevators: The housekeeping and facilities staff were careless, almost hitting me with large containers. There is no staff or freight elevator, so staff are going in the elevators with equipment, etc. They take up the entire elevator and were disconnected from respecting the guests. Several times, the staff took the elevator with a large container leaving me to wait for the next elevator, with no dialogue. Management: While Carlos, the GM, made attempts to help me—he appreciated our conversations and my suggestions for improvements, thanked me many times, absorbed the cost of one night including all resort fees, and gave us breakfast on the last day—the checkout process was flat. I texted Carlos three times on that last day and received not one response. He just disappeared from our conversations, and I still paid $1500 for a terrible experience. Overall, this hotel is not a resort and is severely lacking in cleanliness, customer service, and basic amenities. I would not recommend staying here. Save yourself the trouble, aggravation, and money and find somewhere else to stay.

Don’t stay here unless you love hanging out in hotel lobbies . The only reason we stayed here is because this is a pick up location for the Disney bus to take you to the Disney cruise ship. We got to the hotel around 11 and they told us our room wasn’t ready yet. They took our luggage into a big room that had hundreds of other pieces of luggage in there. The lobby was pretty crowded. People were even sitting on the floor and the stairs. We walked down the road for some lunch and came back and at 4 o’clock. Our room still was not ready. After a heated exchange with the manager, somehow they found a room. There was still about 40 people hanging out in the lobby waiting for their rooms. Now after 4pm , a line of people starting to form. Everyone was upset that they were still waiting for their rooms. Evidently their website says that you’re not guaranteed a room by 4 o’clock. I’m not sure when they plan on letting people into their rooms. The room was not great, don’t be fooled by their website, stay somewhere else. We will voice our complaints to Disney. This should not be a preferred resort.

Staff was rude, unhelpful and inconsiderate! We stayed in the posh ocean front and it was filthy and disgusting and they also provided us linen that was stained and has holes in it for the sleeper sofa for our 7 ye old. When asking for an umbrella on the pool deck was told they had no extra ones to just move them around however all areas were occupied? The pool staff took an umbrella from a spot that was being occupied (the person was not there at the moment) and gave it to us. Everyone stared at us the last came back to her spot missing an umbrella …. Which we did not ask for it to be taken from someone we asked for an extra one (there was an empty base next to us!) we complained and nobody listened we’ve never been so embarrassed and mortified! We will never stay here again nor recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Absolutely not worth the $$$ completely over priced! Disgusting
